PIPE CONNECTION DEVICE
Disclosed is a pipe connection apparatus. The pipe connection apparatus may include an outer body having a pipe mount part having a pipe insertion space opened rearward so that a pipe end is inserted into the pipe insertion space, and a swaging ring configured to come into contact with and press at least a part of the pipe mount part while surrounding at least a part of the pipe mount part.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VISUALLY INDICATING WHETHER PIPE JOINTS HAVE BEEN PROPERLY CRIMPED
The present invention relates to a female press fitting that is provided with a visual indicator that indicates whether the female press fitting has been properly crimped onto a male pipe or fitting.
Mechanical orientation control heater hose assembly for quick connect
An end-form fitting includes a tube and an auxiliary component disposed around the tube. One of the tube and the auxiliary component is deformed to cause the auxiliary component to engage the tube in order to militate against relative movement between the tube and the auxiliary component. The auxiliary component includes an array of surface irregularities formed therein and configured to engage an outer circumferential surface of the tube to form a corrugated joint therebetween. The auxiliary component is formed to include a radially outwardly extending orientation structure for establishing a rotational orientation of the end-form fitting when being coupled to a complimentary end-form fitting.
Pipe fitting with grip ring
A pipe fitting includes a fitting body defining an inner surface, an outer surface, a first fitting end, and an second fitting end, the inner surface defining a channel extending from the first fitting end to the second fitting end, a portion of the inner surface defining a tapered region tapering towards the first fitting end; and an engagement assembly comprising a metal grip ring received in the channel, the metal grip ring defining a ring body and a plurality of teeth extending inward from the ring body, the engagement assembly configured to slide along the tapered region.
Object grasping device and swaging-type tube fitting fastening tool using the same
An object grasping device includes: an upper frame having an inner peripheral surface shape corresponding to an outer peripheral surface of an upper portion of an object to surround the outer peripheral surface; a left lower frame having an inner peripheral surface shape corresponding to an outer peripheral surface of a left lower portion of the object to surround the outer peripheral surface of the left lower portion of the object; a right lower frame having an inner peripheral surface shape corresponding to an outer peripheral surface of a right lower portion of the object to surround the outer peripheral surface of the right lower portion of the object; left and right link members linking a left portion and a right portion of the upper frame and a middle portion of the left lower frame by hinges and a middle portion of the right lower frame by hinges, respectively.

Tube coupling
A tube coupling for coupling a first tube and a second tube. The tube coupling includes an inner shroud including a ball portion and an outer shroud including a socket portion. The socket portion receives the ball portion. The tube coupling includes a compressive ring configured to elastically compress the outer shroud onto the inner shroud. The ball portion and the socket portion form a ball and socket joint. The ball and socket joint allows relative angular movement and relative axial movement between the inner shroud and the outer shroud.
Capillary fitting
Fittings for capillaries, such as those in chromatographic systems, can be difficult to reliably assemble. The invention relates to a connector for providing a fluid connection between a capillary and a fluid conduit, said connector comprising: a capillary holder for receiving an end of the capillary, said capillary comprising inner capillary tubing, wherein the inner capillary tubing of the received end of the capillary is located within a compliant material sleeve; a deformable portion configured for deforming so that the compliant material of the sleeve in the capillary holder is deformed to create a seal between the inner capillary tubing and the connector; and a receiving portion configured to receive a fitting at an end of the fluid conduit; wherein the capillary holder and the receiving portion are connected so that the connector is configured to fluidly connect the capillary and the fluid conduit.
