Pipe connecting device
A pipe connecting device configured to connect at least two pipes, comprises a pipe including a catching ledge at a connecting end portion thereof and made of stainless steel or copper; a first connecting member formed in a cylindrical shape and having a spring seating portion on which a circular plate spring is seated, a pipe through-hole through which the pipe passes, and a screw recess provided inside the first connecting member; and a second connecting member provided with an o-ring seating portion on which an o-ring is seated at a side at which the pipe is coupled and an outer surface having a screw thread, wherein a through-portion having the same inner diameter as the pipe is formed in the second connecting member.
Withdrawal system
A withdrawal system (1) for a container (2) and comprises an immersion pipe (4) mounted on and projecting into the container (2) as well as a withdrawal head (5) that is attachable to the immersion pipe (4) by means of a rotary connection. The withdrawal head (5) attached to the immersion pipe (4) is secured by means of a mechanical locking unit.
Locking device
An aircraft pipe coupling includes a first pipe end and a second pipe end connected to each other by a fastener. A locking collar restricts the rotational movement of the first pipe end, the second pipe end, and the fastener with respect to one another. The locking collar includes a first engagement portion and a second engagement portion, one of the engagement portions includes a resiliently deformable engagement surface. The first engagement portion is located over and engaged with the fastener, and the second engagement portion is located over and engaged with the second pipe end.
LOCKING SLEEVE APPARATUS
There is disclosed a locking sleeve apparatus for securing rotating connection components. In an embodiment, the locking sleeve apparatus comprises: an elongate tube having an inner profile configured to slidingly engage an outer profile of a plurality of rotating connection components; and one or more locking mechanisms positioned internally in the elongate tube near at least one end of the elongate tube; whereby, the plurality of rotating components are mechanically coupled by the elongate tube, and prevented from rotating relative to each other. The inner profile of the elongate tube matches commonly available rotating connection components with multi-sided outer profiles, such as hexagonal nuts. The rotating connection components are configured to rotate in opposite directions relative to each other to tighten or loosen. The one or more locking mechanisms keep the locking sleeve apparatus fitted over the rotating connection components to prevent loosening.
PIPE FITTING APPARATUS PROVIDING EASY LOCKING WITH APPROPRIATE TORQUE
The present invention relates to a pipe fitting apparatus providing easy locking with an appropriate torque, and more specifically, relates to a pipe fitting apparatus providing easy locking with an appropriate torque for which the possibility of breakage and leakage has been eliminated by being easily configured in a manner that the locking of the pipe fitting apparatus used to connect pipes is performed with an appropriate torque. The pipe fitting apparatus has a fitting body, a force control ferrule, and a fixing nut. The fitting body has a first connecting portion with an inner threaded surface, a second connecting portion having an outer threaded portion, and a ferrule seating portion where the force control ferrule is provided. The fixing nut has an inner threaded portion for engaging with the second connecting portion of the fitting body and an inclined pressure surface for abutting against the force control ferrule.
TUBE FITTING
A tube fitting includes a fitting body, a first coupling member configured to surround the fitting body, a fitting nut coupled to the fitting body, and a second coupling member provided on the fitting nut, wherein the first coupling member includes first coupling protrusions, and the second coupling member includes second coupling protrusions coming in contact with the first coupling protrusions while the fitting body and the fitting nut are coupled.
Sliding Connector Spool
An embodiment includes a spool that may expand and contract to ease removal and addition of components to an oilfield manifold.
Hygienic coupling system
A conduit clamping and sealing system includes: a bearing element including: a back segment with an external back thread for attaching to a device or fastening to a box or enclosure; a middle segment for receiving a conduit and guiding and/or aligning a hygienic sleeve system; and a front segment for receiving a seal, and a front nut for sealing a connection between the conduit and the bearing element and fastening the hygienic sleeve system.
TUBE COUPLING ASSEMBLY
A tube coupling assembly is disclosed, which comprises a first connector for connecting to a tube; a second connector for jointing with the first connector; a first member is adapted to mount on the first connector and operably affixable to the second connector; and a second member is adapted to mount on the second connector, and is capable of being engaged with the first member to prevent separation between the first connector and the second connector.
Quick Disconnect Coupling
This disclosure relates generally to a quick disconnect coupling for connecting a tube to another structure, such as a structure defining a port. The quick disconnect coupling may include a tube including a retention shoulder, a swivel rotatably disposed on the tube, and an adapter defining a bore for receiving a portion of the tube. The swivel may be engageable with the adapter to trap the retention shoulder between the swivel and the adapter. The adapter may be engageable with a receiving structure defining a port and the port may be in fluid communication with a lumen of the tube when the swivel is engaged with the adapter.
