Anti-disassembly connector
An anti-disassembly connector, including: a connecting portion, where a threaded connecting section is disposed on the connecting portion; and bosses, where the bosses protrude from an end or a peripheral wall of the connecting portion, each of the bosses extends along a circumferential edge or the peripheral wall of the connecting portion, each of the bosses has a force-bearing surface and a force-releasing surface that are disposed opposite to each other, at least two bosses are arranged, the two bosses are disposed at intervals along the circumferential edge or the peripheral wall of the connecting portion, and a gap between two adjacent bosses forms a clamping interval. A force-bearing sideline is formed on a side of the force-bearing surface away from an inner wall of the connecting portion, a length of the force-bearing sideline is L, and 5 mm<L<20 mm.
FLUID COUPLINGS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
A coupling includes a male adapter and a female adapter, and may include a nut and a sleeve. In embodiments, the male adapter includes a male adapter inner diameter, and may include threads. A method of operating a fluid coupling may include providing a first member, a second member, a nut, and a sleeve, connecting the sleeve with the nut such that rotation of the sleeve causes rotation of the nut, rotating the sleeve to connect the first member with the second member, engaging an inner ratchet profile of the sleeve with a ratchet profile of a shoulder of the first member, and covering the shoulder of the first member, including the ratchet profile, with the sleeve.
Self-locking plug
A compact, highly-reusable, self-locking includes a body component, a flexible beam finger component with a plurality of axially-oriented flexible beam fingers and one or more outwardly extending tabs, an annular detent ring component including a plurality of detents in radial alignment with the plurality of flexible beam fingers, and a biasing component engaging the flange of the flexible beam finger component and the annular detent ring component for providing a biasing force to urge the flexible finger beam component in a direction of a central, longitudinal axis of the self-locking plug. The flexible beam finger component moves relative to the annular detent ring component when the body component is rotated about the central, longitudinal axis, A, of the self-locking plug, thereby causing the plurality of flexible beam fingers to travel across the plurality of detents and cause elastic deformation of the flexible beam fingers.
Cap loosening prevention device
A cap loosening prevention device prevents a cap from loosening when the cap is fitted to a body. The device includes a body ring formed in a circular shape along the circumference of the body and having a cut portion. A protruding part is formed on the outward surface of the body ring. The protruding part has an incline with respect to the outward direction of the body ring, and the uppermost end of the protruding part is cut perpendicularly with respect to the outward direction of the body ring. The cap is prevented from completely loosening in the direction opposite to the rotational direction of the cap when the cap is fitted to the body, such that the cap can be firmly coupled to the body without separating from the body. The rotation of the cap is minimized to enable a rapid operation when a pipe is replaced.
SEMICONDUCTOR GAS PIPE FITTING FASTENER
A semiconductor gas pipe fitting fastener is disclosed. The semiconductor gas pipe fitting fastener of the present disclosure includes: a female fitting member connected to a first pipe through which gas that is used in a semiconductor process flows; a male fitting member connected with the female fitting member by being connected to a second pipe opposite to the first pipe; a female nut member supporting the female fitting member therein; a male nut member supporting the male fitting member therein and configured to connect the female fitting member and the male fitting member by being coupled to the female nut member; and a gasket member supported on a side by the female fitting member, supported on another side by the male fitting member, and configured to prevent leakage of gas from the female fitting member and the male fitting member.
Push-fit pipe fitting with a visual indicator
A push-fit type fitting that can be used to connect a pipe to either another pipe or a variety of other fittings. The fitting includes a visual indicator that provides a visual confirmation to the user once the pipe has been correctly retained in the device.
Locking pipe joint assembly, device and method
A locking pipe joint assembly, device and method can employ a center body connector, one or more sealing elements, such as a wiper seal and a sealing ring, a sealing ring retainer and a retaining cap. In various embodiments, primary and secondary fastening rings are employed along with a retaining cap sleeve. In embodiments, the retaining cap includes an internal or external thread that mates with an external or internal thread on one side of the center body connector, which allows the retaining cap to tighten the packing arrangement components around an inserted piping or tubing element, and in secure engagement with the interior of the center body connector. In embodiments, a bolt element is provided for further securing of the retaining cap to the center body connector.
Hand tightened hydraulic fitting
This disclosure relates generally to hose couplings useful for mining applications, more particularly to a fluid coupling capable of generally fully tightened by hand, including a visual lock for visual indication and safety when in a hand-tightened position. The coupling generally includes a male portion, a female portion, a retaining member and a locking member. The male portion passes through the retaining member, and the retaining member threadingly engages the female member. The locking member prevents unthreading of the retaining member from the female member.
Manual pipe valve connector for jointed pipe connections with quick release check valve assembly and uses thereof
A connection that provides for a means to manually make-up a pipe connection or assembly without the need for wrenches, tongs, hydraulic torque equipment, etc. A connection design that can be assembled and manufactured without threads and permits the same loading, torque and integrity requirements of threaded joint systems. A system that incorporates a locking mechanism that requires only manual effort to disengage.
