Screw connection device for fluid lines, in particular for motor vehicle fluid lines

A screw connection device for fluid lines having a coupling nut with an interior space and having an internal threading running over the circumference of the interior space, as well as having a connecting element with an external threading. A line end of a fluid line is accommodated in the coupling nut, wherein the line end exhibits an end shape. When the internal threading of the coupling nut is screwed to the external threading of the connecting element, a locating surface disposed in the interior space of the coupling nut is moved toward the back end of the end shape, or vice versa, respectively. A spring element is disposed between the locating surface and the back end of the end shape, running over the circumference of the fluid line.

An apparatus for coupling together tubular components is described herein. The apparatus includes a coupling assembly with a coupling device having threads and an internal groove. The coupling assembly also includes a retainer clip positionable in the internal groove. The retainer clip is biased to apply a radially outward force against the internal groove when the retainer clip is positioned in the internal groove. The coupling assembly includes a ferrule, coupleable to the coupling device, in contact with the retainer clip when coupled to the coupling device to form an electrically conductive path through the coupling device, the retainer clip, and the ferrule. The retainer clip is configured to prevent movement of the coupling device relative to the ferrule when the retainer clip has an unbiased inner diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the ferrule or the retainer clip is not properly inserted into the internal groove.

An assembly is provided that includes at least one first conduit and at least one second conduit connected together through a connecting device. The connecting device includes an exteriorly threaded tube; a connecting part attached to one end of the tube and including an orifice; a holding nut screwed onto the tube and axially maintaining the connecting part relative to a tube; and a retaining member attached on the holding nut and engaging with the first conduit so as to axially retain the first conduit fitted into the orifice, the retaining member cooperating with the first conduit so as to oppose the unscrewing of the holding nut.

Movement-constraining assembly for fluid-conveying system

A movement-constraining assembly for a fluid-conveying system comprises a fluid-conveying tube defining an inner passage for fluid to pass therethrough. The tube is adapted to be connected to components of the fluid-conveying system at opposed ends thereof. A blocking ring is mounted to the tube with complementary surfaces between the tube and the blocking ring to block rotation between the tube and the blocking ring, the blocking ring having a first joint portion. A base is adapted to be secured to a structure, and having a second joint portion operatively joined to the first joint portion of the blocking ring to form a joint blocking at least an axial rotational degree of freedom of the fluid-conveying tube and allowing at least one translational degree of freedom of the tube relative to the structure. A method for constraining movement of a fluid-conveying tube of a fluid conveying-system is also provided.

LOCKING COLLAR QUICK UNION CONNECTION

A locking collar quick union connection comprises a split ring and a locking collar sub assembly. The locking collar sub assembly includes a collar, a locking ring, and a locking screw. The locking ring includes outer threads that engage inner threads formed on a larger inner diameter portion of the collar. The split ring includes outer threads that engage inner threads formed on a smaller inner diameter portion of the collar. The locking screw rotationally locks the locking ring to the locking collar.

DEVICE FOR THE DETACHABLE CONNECTION OF A FIRST TUBULAR COMPONENT AND A SECOND TUBULAR COMPONENT

A device for the detachable connection of a first tubular component and a second tubular component, wherein the first tubular component has a flange-like thickening in an end region facing the second component, wherein a screw nut is provided as the second tubular component which is dimensioned such that the inner opening of the screw nut can be applied over the flange-like thickening onto the first tubular component, wherein two passages located radially next to one another are provided in the outer wall of the screw nut, and wherein a flat, clamp-shaped holding component is provided, having two inner brackets corresponding to the two passages of the screw nut so that the two inner brackets can be pushed into the passages of the screw nut. The screw nut is fastened to the first component in connection with the flange-like thickening of the first component.
