MODULAR FILTRATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system for further filtering a liquid extract material after an initial extraction process. In an embodiment, the system includes a semi-rigid filter cup that is substantially cylindrical, the filter cup having a top and a bottom, wherein the top is oriented to receive filter media prior to a filtration process, and material to be filtered during the filtration process. The filter cup includes an integrated deformable flange at the top of the filter cup, an integrated top o-ring that is integrated into the top of the integrated deformable flange and an integrated bottom o-ring that is integrated into the bottom of the integrated deformable flange.
Fittings, Components, and Associated Tools
Fittings that generally include a unitary body having an outer surface and an inner lumen forming a void within said unitary body. The lumen is configured to receive threads for mating with the threads of a female sub end of a pipe or tube. The outer surface includes at least one aperture for receiving a tool that can be inserted within said aperture so as to rotate the fitting about an axis that extends through the lumen of the unitary body. The at least one apertures provide a safe and convenient way to tighten and loosen the fitting during the process of coupling pipe or tubing.

High-pressure resistant screw connection for pipe or hose lines with a tapered thread
A connecting device for pipelines or hose lines with a threaded body and with a pipe-like end piece which can be inserted into a receptacle formed on the threaded body and which can be fitted therein by means of a swivel nut screwed onto the threaded body, wherein the receptacle of the threaded body has the shape of a widening cone and the circumferential surface of the end piece that engages in the receptacle has a conical design, is characterized in that the circumferential surface (12) of the threaded body (10) that bears the external thread (30) has, in the direction of the front end of said surface, an inclined profile directed opposite to the cone of the receptacle (11), and the swivel nut (17) has, with its surface (18) bearing the internal thread (31), a profile complementary thereto, and the external thread (30) and internal thread (31) are designed as tapered threads in such a way that a radial force emanating from the tapered thread with the swivel nut (17) screwed on is directed opposite to the radial force exerted, with the connecting device mounted, by the conical end piece (13) onto the receiving cone (11) formed in the threaded body (10).
Multi-piece flow through connector
Flow through connectors and pressure sensing devices as well as their methods of use are described. In some instances a pressuring sensing device may include a ceramic body with a flow path extending through the ceramic body and at least one non-ceramic body attached to the ceramic body. The at least one non-ceramic body may include one or more attachment features formed therein and the flow path extends through the at least one non-ceramic body as well.
FITTING FOR FLUIDIC COUPLING IN A CHROMATOGRAPHY SYSTEM
A fitting for fluidic coupling in a chromatography system includes a compression screw including an axial bore, a threaded portion, and a drive end, a tube assembly including a tube sleeve and an inner tube disposed through the sleeve, the tube sleeve and the inner tube each extending to an endface of the tube assembly, the tube sleeve including an outer surface, a seal body extending between a first endface and a second endface, the first endface abutting the endface of the tube assembly, the seal body including an outer surface, and a collar secured to the outer surface of the tube sleeve and the outer surface of the seal body. Other Fittings, Methods of manufacture of fittings, and methods of fluidic coupling are further disclosed.
Adjustable riser support assembly
Example aspects of riser support assembly and a method for adjusting a riser support assembly are disclosed. The riser support assembly can comprise a riser support pipe and a mount extending from a side of the riser support pipe, the mount configured to engage a mounting surface and to selectively adjust a height of the riser support assembly relative to the mounting surface.
Split Coupler For Pipes
A split coupler, and methods of making and using such a split coupler, whereby the split coupler includes a first semi-cylindrical member, a second semi-cylindrical member, and an interlocking assembly configured to interlock the first and second semi-cylindrical members to form a substantially cylindrical coupler having a coupler inner surface which defines a throughbore. Additionally, the split coupler can include spiral threads coupled to the coupler inner surface. Furthermore, the split coupler can include a flange inwardly extending from the coupler inner surface.
Cold plate with metal tube connection and flexible metal tube
A cold plate assembly for cooling heat-generating electrical component on a circuit board is disclosed. The cold plate assembly includes a cold plate with a bottom contact surface to thermally contact the heat-generating electrical component. The cold plate has an inlet coupler on an opposite top surface to receive coolant; an internal conduit to circulate the received coolant; and an outlet coupler on the opposite top surface to return the coolant. A flexible metal inlet tube is fluidly connected to the inlet coupler to supply coolant. A flexible metal outlet tube is fluidly connected to the outlet coupler to return coolant.
FLUID DEVICE
An integrated block 1 serving as a fluid device includes: a flow port 13 open to form one end of a passage P; an annular groove 14 arranged along an outer circumferential edge of the flow port 13, the annular groove 14 being open so as to insert the gasket 2 therein; a first tapered portion 17 arranged on a radially-inner side interior wall 14b of the annular groove 14 and sloped radially outward from an open end of the annular groove 14 in a depth direction of the annular groove 14; and a guide 18 arranged on a radially-outer side interior wall 14a of the annular groove 14, extending throughout a predetermined range D from the open end of the annular groove 14 in the depth direction, and having a larger diameter than an outer circumferential surface 22a of a second sealing portion 22 of the gasket 2.
