Here, the first tube is configured to be fixed to the female sleeve prior to connection.

Tube connector assembly

The present invention relates to a tube connector assembly which may comprise a body provided with a through cavity extending in an axial direction, a ring adapted to be mounted at the periphery of a useful portion of the tube and provided, at one of its ends, with a support surface adapted to receive a curved end portion of the tube, a nut adapted to be screwed onto the body so as to compress the curved end portion of the tube against a receiving surface in the axial direction via said ring, and an annular receiving part forming the receiving surface and removably mounted on the body.

RESIN TUBE FITTING

A resin tube fitting prevents backwaters between its body and inner ring. The fitting includes a body, an inner ring, and a union nut. The body has main, outer, and inner sleeves, and a groove. The inner ring has a cylinder, an insert, and outer and inner protrusions. The union nut has a body and a pressing member. The inner sleeve has a through hole serving as a channel. The inner protrusion extends from the cylinder to an axial direction to contact the inner sleeve. The inner protrusion has a through hole serving as another channel connected with the inner sleeve's channel. The tip of the inner protrusion has an inner diameter not less than the minimum inner diameter of the inner sleeve. An inner peripheral surface is located at the inner periphery of the inner protrusion and causes it to reduce in inner diameter toward another axial direction.

Syringe attachment/detachment mechanism and device provided with mechanism

A syringe attachment/detachment mechanism enables a syringe to be easily attached to and detached from a discharge device without causing twisting of a tube, and enabling the syringe and an adapter to be fixedly held in a desired orientation. In the syringe attachment/detachment mechanism and the device provided with the mechanism, the mechanism being adapted for a discharge device to which a syringe including an attachment part and an upper connection part is attached through screwing, the attachment part includes an inner cylindrical portion having a small-diameter opening, an outer cylindrical portion surrounding the inner cylindrical portion, and a screw portion. The attachment/detachment mechanism includes a support member including a cylindrical insertion portion into which the inner cylindrical portion is inserted, and having a channel formed therein for communication between the small-diameter opening and a nozzle of the discharge device. A rotation member includes a screw portion.

PIPE-FITTING DEVICE FOR CONNECTING PIPES HAVING DIFFERENT DIAMETERS
20190309883 · 2019-10-10 ·

A pipe-fitting device capable of easily connecting pipes having different diameters includes a fitting body and a pair of fixing nuts. The fitting body includes a first channel portion having a first inner diameter formed in a first inner side of the fitting body, a second channel portion having a second inner diameter formed in a second inner side of the fitting body, the second inner diameter being smaller than the first inner diameter such that a step is formed inside the fitting body at the boundary between the first channel portion and the second channel portion. Each fixing nut is rotatably coupled to a corresponding open end of the fitting body and configured to fix the corresponding one of the first pipe and the second pipe through rotational tightening.

HYDRAULIC COMPONENT SYSTEM HAVING A HYDRAULIC COMPONENT PRODUCED AT LEAST IN PART BY A GENERATIVE METHOD
20190301647 · 2019-10-03 ·

A hydraulic component system has a hydraulic line, a hydraulic component produced by a generative method, an annular sealing means, and a hollow fastening element. The sealing means has opposing end regions. The fastening element has an engagement region with an internally arranged circumferential surface having second engagement means and has an opposite clamping region having a second axial contact surface facing the engagement region, and is designed to surround the hydraulic line and the sealing means, and to bring about a surface contact between the first and the second axial contact surface. The receiving section, the sealing means, and the fastening element correspond to one another such that the first end region of the sealing means is pressed into the conically tapering region of the opening of the receiving section and the hydraulic line by engagement of the first and second engagement means.

Conduit fitting with attached torque collar

A conduit fitting of the type having first and second threaded fitting components and at least one conduit gripping device, further includes a stroke limiting member that allows the fitting to be pulled up by applying a predetermined torque. In one embodiment, the stroke limiting member may be a non-integral torque collar. Alternatively, the fitting may also be pulled up by turns or may have an integral torque collar. In still another embodiment, a stroke limiting member is provided that may be used to enable a fitting that is designed to be pulled up by turns to also be pulled up by torque. In other embodiments, the non-integral torque collar may be installed onto one of the fitting components, and then deformed so as to prevent or make it more difficult to remove the torque collar after installation onto the fitting component.

RESIN PIPE FITTING

A resin tube fitting has a body with a sleeve allowing the longitudinal end of the tube to be put therein, an inner ring with a press-in portion configured to be pressed in the longitudinal end of the tube, and a union nut with a connector configured to be screwed to an outer periphery of the body to allow the longitudinal end of the tube to be put radially between the connector and the press-in portion. The inner ring and the union nut are made of resin, which has a property of contracting in response to change in ambient temperature. The radial contraction rate of the connector is higher by 0.05% or more than that of the press-in portion of the inner ring.
