JOINT STRUCTURE
Provided is a joint structure with which a pipe can be disconnected without moving the pipe in a longitudinal direction thereof, even if the pipe is not machined. A first sleeve 2 has an inner cavity into which a pipe 100 is inserted, and one end part of the first sleeve comes into contact with a joint body 1. A second sleeve 3 has a hole into which the pipe 100 is inserted, and one end part of the second sleeve comes into contact with the other end part of the first sleeve. A nut 4 covers one end part of the joint body 1, the first sleeve 2, and the second sleeve 3, and the nut is threaded onto the joint body in a state of pressing against the surface of the second sleeve 3 on the side opposite from the first sleeve 2.
Dynamic bellows fluid fitting
A fitting for a fluid line that will contain pressurized fluid can include first and second fitting elements with respective sealing surfaces and an indicator element for indicating when a fluid seal has been formed. A fitting for a fluid line that will contain pressurized fluid can include first and second fitting elements with a sealing structure secured in one of the first and second fitting elements, wherein the sealing structure is axially resiliently compressible, one example of which includes a bellows element.
Vehicle shifter mechanism with shifter lever fitting
A vehicle shifter mechanism comprises a shift control member configured with an outer threaded portion proximate an upper end, and an inwardly tapered bore proximate the upper end. A shift lever is configured with an outwardly extending annular shoulder proximate a lower end. The annular shoulder has a tapered lower portion configured to register with the tapered bore of the shift control member. A locking nut is configured to fit over the shift lever and to mate with the threaded portion of the shift control member to compress the tapered lower portion of the annular shoulder to the tapered bore to fix the shift control member to the shift lever.
Pipe fitting with grip ring
A pipe fitting includes a fitting body defining an inner surface, an outer surface, a first fitting end, and a second fitting end, the inner surface defining a channel extending from the first fitting end to the second fitting end, a portion of the inner surface defining a tapered region tapering towards the first fitting end; and an engagement assembly comprising a metal grip ring received in the channel, the metal grip ring defining a substantially frustoconical ring body, the ring body defining a diameter that tapers from a first lateral end of the ring body to a second lateral end of the ring body, the engagement assembly configured to slide along the tapered region.
JOINT UNIT AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING JOINT UNIT
Provided is joint unit having a resin tube, a joint structure, and a nut, the joint structure has a guide part that guides the outer circumferential face of the resin tube, a protrusion that forms an insertion groove between the guide part and the protrusion, and a fixing part that fixes the resin tube inserted in the insertion groove, the tip of the protrusion is located closer to a main body than the tip of the guide part, the nut has a recessed part having an inner diameter greater than a first outer diameter of the guide part and smaller than a second outer diameter of the fixing part, and the tip of the fixing part in contact with the recessed part bites into the outer circumferential face of the resin tube in a state where the nut is fastened to the joint structure.
Modular end apparatus and methods for flexible hoses
Modular end apparatus, such as modular end fitting apparatus, and methods for flexible hoses, and associated components thereof. In one implementation, a flexible hose apparatus includes a flexible hose and a hose body coupled to the flexible hose, the hose body including a threaded outer surface. The flexible hose apparatus includes a cap including an inner shoulder protruding inwardly relative to a first inner surface of the cap. The flexible hose apparatus also includes a removable end fitting disposed in engagement with the cap. The removable end fitting includes an end body that is monolithic. The end body includes a first end, a second end opposite of the first end, and a first outer shoulder adjacent the first end and disposed between the hose body and the inner shoulder of the cap.

Resin pipe fitting
A resin tube fitting has a body with a sleeve allowing the longitudinal end of the tube to be put therein, an inner ring with a press-in portion configured to be pressed in the longitudinal end of the tube, and a union nut with a connector configured to be screwed to an outer periphery of the body to allow the longitudinal end of the tube to be put radially between the connector and the press-in portion. The inner ring and the union nut are made of resin, which has a property of contracting in response to change in ambient temperature. The radial contraction rate of the connector is higher by 0.05% or more than that of the press-in portion of the inner ring.
Conduit fluid coupling with anti-rotation lock
A fluid conduit assembly is provided that includes a first conduit coupler, a second conduit coupler and a lock. The second conduit coupler is mated with the first conduit coupler at a threaded interface. The lock is configured to rotationally fix the first conduit coupler with the second conduit coupler. The lock includes a flange, a clip and a fastener. The flange is arranged with the first conduit coupler. The flange is configured with a plurality of flange apertures arranged circumferentially about an axis of the first conduit coupler. The clip is arranged with the second conduit coupler.
