COUPLINGS FOR TUBING
20220235554 · 2022-07-28 ·

A coupling for a tube includes an attachment and a housing. The attachment is attached to the tube and has a barrel-shaped exterior surface. The housing contains the barrel-shaped exterior surface such that the attachment is rotatable in the housing while not being removable from the housing. The coupling thereby allows easy rotation of the tube within the coupling. The coupling may be utilized to attach the tube to another tube or to another structure.

CONNECTION DEVICE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CONNECTION DEIVCE, SCREW SLEEVE

A connection device for the fluidic connection of a suction tube to a function unit. The connection device includes a first hollow-cylindrical connection section and a second hollow-cylindrical connection section. One of the connection sections is connectable or connected to the suction tube and the other connection section is connectable or connected to the function unit. One of the connection sections is located at least partly within the other connection section and with its outer periphery bears on the inner periphery of the other connection section, where the two connection sections are rotatably mounted, in order to provide a rotation compensation for the suction tube, and where an electrical connection for providing an antistatic function exists between the two connection sections. The first connection section includes a spring section which is deformable in the radial direction and with which the bearing contact on the second connection element takes place.

PIPE CONNECTOR
20220170583 · 2022-06-02 ·

A three-way pipe connector set for connecting pipes such as corrugated insulated pipes used for transporting hot water such as in central heating systems. The connector set can accommodate pipes of different diameter, and comprises a mating pair of a lid piece and bottom piece, each having three semi-circular edge portions that mate with the respective corresponding portions in the mating piece to form circular holes, the circular holes having adjacent edge grooves forming circular grooves when the pieces mate. The set includes at least two top hat pieces, each comprising a cylinder portion and a flange portion, the flange portion having an edge groove to fit an O-ring and configured to fit in a circular groove of the connector. Pipe gaskets are provided for each top hat piece that fit around a suitable pipe to form a tight seal between the pipe and connector.

DRAINAGE ASSEMBLY HAVING AN END CAP AND RAMP

Stormwater management systems, apparatus, and methods for containing and filtering runoff may be provided. In one implementation, a stormwater chamber may be provided. The stormwater chamber may be configured for use with an endcap for connecting a pipe to the stormwater chamber, and the stormwater chamber may include a first end with a scalloped edge portion. The end cap may include a sleeve with an interior projecting edge, an outward projecting edge, a bore shaped to receive a pipe, a first cutout portion at the upper half of the outward projecting edge of the sleeve, and a second cutout at the bottom half of the interior projecting edge of the sleeve. The stormwater chamber may also include a flared end ramp with an inlet end, an outlet end, and a protrusion on the outside of the inlet end that abuts the flared end ramp with the end cap.

Hose coupling

A pipe coupling includes a pipe branch, a hose, and a retainer. The pipe branch forms a proximal branch section, a distal branch section, and an expanded section with an increased diameter therebetween. The hose includes an opening that receives the proximal branch section and includes a proximal fold, a distal fold, and a gasket therebetween. The gasket is arranged to seal between the hose and the proximal branch section. The retainer is configured to enclose the pipe branch and the hose and forms a proximal flange and a distal flange. The proximal flange and the distal flange both extend inwardly and define a passage for the pipe branch, the passage having a diameter which is smaller than the increased diameter. The proximal flange engages the proximal fold and the distal flange engages the distal branch section. The pipe coupling provides an easy and reliable connection between vibrating machine components.

Pipe joint

A pipe joint includes a hollow joint main body; a nut that is screwed into the joint main body; a seal member that is mounted to inside of the joint main body; and a retainer that is placed between the joint main body and the nut and comprises a pawl portion engaged with a trough of a metal flexible pipe in a coupled state and a retainer locking portion caught and locked inside of the joint main body in the coupled state.

Clamp ring type metal sealgas pipe joint

A clamp ring type metal seal gas pipe joint is connected to one end of a gas pipe, and includes a fitting joint, a nut, and a clamp ring. Axial contact surfaces of the clamp ring and the fitting joint are respectively provided with a convex portion configured in a convex V shape and a concave portion configured in a concave V shape matched with each other, so that an end part of the gas pipe is compressed and self-flared to form a sealing part when the fitting joint is tightened. In the process of tightening the nut and the fitting joint, the end part of the metal bellow is compressed and self-flared by the convex portion of the clamp ring and the concave portion of the fitting joint to form a cone surface to realize limit fixation and form a double sealing.

CONNECTION DEVICES FOR CONNECTING A PIPE HAVING AN OUTER PERIPHERAL PROJECTION, USES AND INSTALLATION METHOD

A connection device for a pipe with an outer peripheral projection comprises a connection part with a receptacle for inserting a longitudinal portion of the pipe. The portion comprises the projection, therein. A central axis extends in an insertion direction. A peripheral wall extends around the central axis. A base surface is arranged transversely to the central axis for contacting the projection of the pipe or an end of the pipe. A ring element can be introduced into a gap between the peripheral wall and the pipe such that an axial end of the ring element blocks the projection and secures the pipe against moving out of the receptacle. A securing part is assigned to the connection part and has at least one deformable material portion which can be brought into a blocking position by deformation to form a block against the ring element moving out of the receptacle.

Corrugated hose weld end

A hose assembly includes a corrugated metal tube having a plurality of corrugations and an outer cuff portion extending from an endmost one of the plurality of corrugations, radially outward of an inner diameter of the endmost corrugation, an end connection having an outer end defining a fluid connector and an inner end defining a nose portion received in the outer cuff portion of the corrugated metal tube, and a collar surrounding the outer cuff portion of the corrugated metal tube and the nose portion of the end connection. The collar, the outer cuff portion, and the nose portion are welded together.
