Easily polymerizable substance handling device
12259082 · 2025-03-25 · ·

An easily polymerizable substance handling device is provided that can prevent generation of irregularities and steps between a pipeline and a cover member due to the cover member being installed at an opening part of the pipeline. A cover part 3 is formed to have a curved surface 3a on a side closer to inside of a pipeline 1. The shape of the surface 3a on the pipeline 1 side is preferably a concave shape when viewed from inside of the pipeline 1. The shape of the surface 3a of the cover part 3 on the pipeline 1 side is more preferably the shape of a curved surface having a curvature radius equal or approximate to that of the internal circumference of the pipeline 1. With this configuration, a polymer material is unlikely to be generated at the cover part 3 and around a gap 1b at an opening part 1a, and the frequency of cleaning can be reduced as compared to conventional cases.

EXPANDABLE HOSE

Provided is a connection assembly for connecting to inner and outer hoses. The connection assembly includes a first connector assembly, a second connector assembly, a first hose connector assembly coupled to the connector assembly and configured to be coupled to the inner and outer hoses, the first hose connector assembly including a first tube connector configured to be coupled to the inner hose and a first collar configured to be coupled to the outer hose, and a second hose connector assembly coupled to the second connector assembly and configured to be coupled to the inner and outer hoses, the second hose connector assembly including a second tube connector configured to be coupled to the inner hose and a second collar configured to be coupled to the outer hose, wherein the second tube connector has a cross-sectional area that is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the first tube connector.

FLUID CONNECTORS WITH CONNECTION STATE SENSING

Fluid connectors are described where one or more sensors are provided for sensing a connection state of the fluid connectors. The sensor(s) indicates that the fluid connector of the first fluid system is connected to the second fluid system prior to initiating fluid flow between the first and second fluid systems. The sensor(s) senses movements of one or more elements of the quick connect fluid connectors that are involved in the actual connection of the fluid connectors to the second fluid system. The elements that are sensed can be, for example, one or more cylindrical sleeves of the connector or a piston of the connector. Therefore, the connection state of the fluid connectors can be determined accurately.

INSULATED HOSE AND INSULATED HOSE COUPLING COVER

The insulated hose coupling cover includes a first main collar, a first valve seat and a first valve. An insulated hose is also formed. The first passageway of the first main collar is aligned with the first passageway of the first valve seat. An actuator engages the first valve and moves the first valve with respect to the first valve seat between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the first passageway of the first valve is not aligned with the first passageway of the first main collar and the first passageway of the first valve seat. In the second position, the first passageway of the first valve is aligned with the first passageway of the first main collar and the first passageway of the first valve seat permits communication between an annular space and the first passageway of the first main collar.

Check valve connector system

The present disclosure provides a check valve connector system for coupling a lateral pipe and a main pipe. The check valve connector system can include a fitting, a saddle member, and a check valve. The fitting can include a first end, a second end, an elbow, and an opening. The opening can be formed between the first end and the second end. The first end can be configured to receive the main pipe. The elbow can extend outwardly from the fitting and can include an aperture. The aperture can include a pear-shaped cross section and can be configured to receive the lateral pipe. The saddle member can be configured to couple the fitting and the main pipe. The saddle member can include a hole for receiving the fitting. The check valve can be disposed between the fitting and the saddle member.

Frost resistant hose fitting

A hose fitting includes a fitting body, having an inlet opening, an expansion opening, and an outlet opening. An expansion disc is coupled with the expansion opening and is formed from a deformably resilient material. A portion of the expansion disc expands outwardly from the fitting body, when pressure within the fitting body increases, increasing a volume of the fitting body. The expansion disc contracts, as the pressure within the fitting body reduces. The expansion disc may be removably coupled with the expansion opening using an expansion nut, having an open center portion.

FLUID CONNECTOR

A fluid connector includes a shell having a fluid channel, a ball valve accommodated in the shell and having a through hole, a control element arranged outside the shell for controlling the ball valve to rotate, and a pin member. A front end of the shell for engaging a matching connector has an engagement hole. The control element controls the ball valve between a closed position and an open position. The through hole is in fluid communication with the fluid channel when the ball valve is at the open position. A front face of the shell has an accommodating hole for accommodating the pin member. A resilient member is arranged in the accommodating hole for supporting the pin member.
