Connection device and method
A device including a first connector and a second connector. The first connector and the second connector include a stationary body defining a fluid circulation conduit opening up into a connection opening, and a valve that is movable in relation to the stationary body, between a closing position in which the valve closes the connection opening, and a release position in which the valve opens up a passage through the connection opening. The device also comprises a first locking arrangement designed to lock the movable valve of the first connector to the stationary body of the second connector and second locking arrangement designed to lock the stationary body of the first connector to the movable valve of the second connector.
Coupling assembly with retaining clip member
A female coupling device includes: a main body, and a clip member coupled to the main body, the clip member having a plurality of arms extending perpendicularly therefrom, with the plurality of arms forming at least one pair of arms, with the pair of arms including a first distance therebetween and a second distance therebetween, with the first distance being sized to engage a clip groove of a mating male coupling device, and with the second distance being sized to disengage the mating male coupling device. In a locked position, the pair of arms is positioned so that the first distance is adjacent to the mating male coupling device. In an unlocked position, the pair of arms is positioned so that the second distance is adjacent to the mating male coupling device.
QUICK CONNECTOR WITH SEMI-INTEGRATED CARTRIDGE
A female coupling for a fluid quick connector and configured to be removably connected to a male coupling of the connector. The female coupling includes a valve assembly with a valve alternating between closed and open positions. The flow of a fluid from the female coupling towards the male coupling occurs in the open position. The female coupling includes a hollow body defining an inner cavity with a longitudinal axis for the flow of the fluid. The female valve assembly is housed in the inner cavity. The hollow body includes an end portion configured to be housed in a housing seat of an interface manifold. With the end portion in the housing seat, the tubular inner cavity is placed in fluid connection with at least one inner channel of the interface manifold. A constraint prevents rotation/translation of the end portion of the hollow body with respect to the housing seat.
JOINT AND KNOB ASSEMBLY AND APPLIANCE HAVING JOINT AND KNOB ASSEMBLY
A joint, a knob assembly, and an appliance having a joint and a knob assembly are provided. The joint may include a housing, a first shaft support, a second shaft support, and a coupling shaft. A slot having a predetermined width extending in a circumferential direction of the housing and a predetermined length extending in a longitudinal direction of the housing may be formed in the housing. The coupling shaft provided in the second support may include a rotary shaft rotatably inserted into the slot. A stopper may be formed to protrude from an outside of the rotary shaft, and a position of the stopper inside the slot may be changed according to rotation of the rotating shaft. The stopper may be provided in the slot so that the stopper interferes with an inner wall of the housing formed by the slot at a predetermined position.
Coupling seal having ramp surfaces
A seal for a coupling joining pipe elements has angularly oriented ramp surfaces on an outer surface. The ramp surfaces are arranged in diametrically opposite pairs which are positioned at the three o'clock and nine o'clock positions at the interface between segments forming the coupling. The ramps are expected to mitigate pinching of the seals between the segments as the segments are drawn together, compressing the seals to form a fluid tight pipe joint.
Valve and valve coupling with reverse tapered shafts
A valve or a valve coupling has a closing member rotatably mounted within the bore of a housing. The valve closing member is mounted on tapered shafts. The shafts may be stepwise tapered, or a portion of the shafts may be tapered. The ends of the shafts having the larger diameters engage lugs on the valve closing member and the ends having the smaller diameters extend from the housing.
Flow path opening/closing portion replacement device
The flow path opening/closing portion replacement device comprises a first enclosing portion having a first opening and a shutter, and enclosing, in a state where the shutter has closed the first opening, an end portion of a converging pipe through which a fluid passes and a valve which is attached to the end portion; a second enclosing portion having a detachable member enabling the valve to be detached and a second opening which can be contiguous with the first opening and enabling removal/insertion of the detachable member, and enclosing the valve together with the first enclosing portion in a contiguous opening state in which the first opening and the second opening are contiguous, wherein, in a state where the second enclosing portion has enclosed the valve together with the first enclosing portion in the contiguous opening state, the valve can be replaced by the detachable member.
Hydraulic and/or pneumatic multi-coupling connector with lever actuated mechanism
The present invention relates to a hydraulic and/or pneumatic multi-coupler connector of the type comprising at least one pair of couplers inserted into a containment body and equipped with a lever actuated mechanism comprising an actuation lever maneuverable by the user for the relief of the residual pressure of the couplers and the connection thereof to corresponding male couplers.
SEPARATOR DEVICE
A separator device for removing particles from suspension in a fluid includes a housing having first and second apertures for ingress and egress of fluid into and out of the housing. A first separator chamber is disposed at one end of the housing. A second separator chamber is disposed at the other end of the housing. A central chamber is disposed between the first and second separator chambers. The first and second separator chambers are apertured for ingress and egress of fluid from the central chamber, and each contains obstruction means to slow the flow of fluid within the chamber.
