An O-ring membrane valve, including an O-ring, and a resealable membrane connected to the O-ring, the resealable membrane including a first surface, a second surface, and a slit extending from the first surface to the second surface. The O-ring membrane valve may be assembled with a fluid connector, the fluid connector including a body, having a first through-bore and a first groove arranged circumferentially within the first through-bore.

A high-pressure gas tank connection structure including: a tank main body; a tank side connector; a connection side connector; and a valve body, the valve body being provided further toward a deep side along the axial direction of the tank main body than the tank side connector, the valve body being urged toward the connection side connector, and, in a case in which the valve body is pushed by a distal end of the convex portion in a state in which the convex portion is joined with the concave portion, the valve body being opened from a closed state, and communicating the interior of the tank main body with the exterior to the tank main body.

A high-pressure gas tank connection structure including: a tank main body; a tank side connector; a connection side connector; and a valve body, the valve body being provided further toward a deep side along the axial direction of the tank main body than the tank side connector, the valve body being urged toward the connection side connector, and, in a case in which the valve body is pushed by a distal end of the convex portion in a state in which the convex portion is joined with the concave portion, the valve body being opened from a closed state, and communicating the interior of the tank main body with the exterior to the tank main body.

Disclosed herein are embodiments of a sanitary fitting for coupling a fluid conduit to a flexible container to facilitate sterile transfer therebetween, and methods of making and using such a sanitary fitting, whereby the sanitary fitting includes a first annular member having a first annular member bore extending between first annular member first and second ends, the first annular member second end terminating in a flange radially outwardly extending therefrom, the flange comprising a substantially planar face; a second annular member having a second annular member bore extending between second annular member first and second ends, the second annular member couplable to the first annular member to axially align the first and second annular member bores to provide a first fluid flow passageway; and a valve coupled to the second annular member, the valve operable to interrupt fluid flow through a fluid flow path which includes the first fluid flow passageway.

Disclosed herein are embodiments of a sanitary fitting for coupling a fluid conduit to a flexible container to facilitate sterile transfer therebetween, and methods of making and using such a sanitary fitting, whereby the sanitary fitting includes a first annular member having a first annular member bore extending between first annular member first and second ends, the first annular member second end terminating in a flange radially outwardly extending therefrom, the flange comprising a substantially planar face; a second annular member having a second annular member bore extending between second annular member first and second ends, the second annular member couplable to the first annular member to axially align the first and second annular member bores to provide a first fluid flow passageway; and a valve coupled to the second annular member, the valve operable to interrupt fluid flow through a fluid flow path which includes the first fluid flow passageway.

A quick-connector assembly for joining abutting flanged ends of two tubular members includes first and second connector portions joined by a rotatable hinge having a hinge pin coupling the first connector portion and the second connector portion so that the first and second connector portions encircle about abutting flanged ends of the tubular members when the first and second connector portions are in a closed position. Further, a stand having a bracket with at least one hole for accommodating the hinge pin is designed to at least partially support the weight of the connector assembly and the flanged ends of the tubular members.

A normally closed port valve seals a hydraulic hose connection port of a hydraulic bicycle component. Connection of an end of a hydraulic hose assembly to the port opens the valve, placing the assembly's hydraulic fluid chamber in fluid communication with the interior of the hose assembly. A hydraulic cylinder of the assembly is in fluid communication with the chamber. A spring may be used to bias the valve to a closed condition and simultaneously to bias a brake actuating piston to a non-actuated position.

A device for charging a primary fluid system, such as an air-conditioning or cooling system, closed and at a first pressure (P1), with a secondary fluid, comprises a dispensing cylinder of the secondary fluid, said cylinder containing the secondary fluid and a propellant fluid having a second pressure (P2) greater than said first pressure. Said cylinder further comprising a filler valve operable to allow/block the exit at least of the secondary fluid from the cylinder. A connection hood is partially superposed over the dispensing cylinder, fitted with connections means suitable for fluidically connecting said filler valve directly to said primary fluid system or to a connection pipe to said system.

A pressure sensor includes: a pressure sensor element; an adapter integrally attached to the pressure sensor element and defining therein a hole where a pressure of a fluid to be measured is introduced to the pressure sensor element; a fitting member having a housing recess housing the adapter and connectable to a connected member; and a pressing member pressing a valve of the connected member and defining a communicating path through which a flow path where the pressure of the fluid is introduced is in communication with the hole of the adapter. The fitting member is made of a synthetic resin. An O-ring is interposed between a circumferential surface of the adapter and the fitting member. The adapter is a synthetic resin member, and includes a contact portion brought into contact with the adapter and a pressing portion pressing the valve. The pressing member is welded to the fitting member.
