FLEXIBLE PIPE JOINT
A method and apparatus for securing a flexible pipe to a further flexible pipe in an end-to-end configuration, wherein the apparatus includes and the method utilizes an elongate tubular element having a first and second end and an outer surface comprising a raised central region. At least one vent passage extends at least partially across the raised central region.
Conduits for transporting fluids
A conduit (100) for transporting a fluid comprises a first collar (102), a second collar (103), a bellows (108), and a sensor (116). The bellows (108) comprises a central axis (180), a first corrugated outboard ply (114), a corrugated inboard ply (110), interposed between the first corrugated outboard ply (114) and the central axis (180), an interstitial space (126), interposed between the corrugated inboard ply (110) and the first corrugated outboard ply (114), and a second corrugated outboard ply (112) within the interstitial space (126). The corrugated inboard ply (110), the first corrugated outboard ply (114), and a weld-through ring (150) are welded to the first collar (102) and the second collar (102). The second corrugated outboard ply (112) is not hermetically coupled to the first collar (102) or the second collar (103). The sensor (116) is communicatively coupled with the interstitial space (126).
REINFORCED HOSE END CONNECTOR HAVING A SMOOTH SURFACE INBOARD END LENGTH
An improved end connector for a high-pressure reinforced hose that is subjected to high frequency of pressure cycles and that provides for a low compression deformation of the reinforced hose is discussed. This unique end connector has a stem and ferrule that includes a gripper or cable lock region near a coupler, or outboard end and a substantially smooth length on an outer diameter (OD) of the stem and ferrule that extends from about the gripper region to a hose receiving, or inboard, end.

INSULATED HOSE ARRANGEMENTS
A hose assembly includes a hose defining an internal fluid passage and an exterior surface, an end connection attached to a first end of the hose, an insulation material wrapped onto the exterior surface of the hose, a cover installed over the insulation material, and an elastomeric sleeve extending over and in compressive engagement with at least a portion of the end connection and the cover. The insulation material, the cover, and the elastomeric sleeve are each rated for continuous use at a temperature of at least about 135 C.
KIND OF COMPOSITE HOSE
The invention discloses a kind of composite hose, comprising composite hose body composed of outer hose body, middle hose body and inner hose body.
The composite hose body is provided with hose connection clamp and plastic claw fastener on both end caps, advantageous for use convenience, good airtightness, no breakage of hose body when bending and extension of service life of hose body.

CORRUGATED HOSE WELD END
A hose assembly includes a corrugated metal tube having a plurality of corrugations and an outer cuff portion extending from an endmost one of the plurality of corrugations, radially outward of an inner diameter of the endmost corrugation, an end connection having an outer end defining a fluid connector and an inner end defining a nose portion received in the outer cuff portion of the corrugated metal tube, and a collar surrounding the outer cuff portion of the corrugated metal tube and the nose portion of the end connection. The collar, the outer cuff portion, and the nose portion are welded together.
Method for forming a seal in an end piece of a flexible pipe including a pressure sheath
A method includes providing, around an end section of the pressure sheath, of a crimping ring that is intended to be introduced into the pressure sheath; placing, around the end section and the crimping ring, of an end vault of the end piece, the end vault having an engagement surface for engaging with the crimping ring capable of pushing the crimping ring radially into the pressure sheath; relatively moving of the crimping ring in relation to the engagement surface in order to crimp the crimping ring in the pressure sheath. The method includes, prior to the relative movement, a heating of the end section of the pressure sheath, capable of reducing the Young's modulus of the polymer material of the end section of the pressure sheath and of maintaining a reduced Young's modulus during the relative movement step.
