LIQUID LINE WITH A PLASTIC CORRUGATED HOSE
Disclosed is a liquid line improved in terms of effective producibility with a high level of process reliability and quality assurance, said liquid line comprising at least one corrugated hose and at least one connection piece for connecting the liquid line to a further component, wherein the corrugated hose and the connection piece are produced from plastic and are connected to one another via at least one welded connection, wherein the welded connection is produced by means of a laser welding process, wherein the welded connection is tight at least up to a defined operating pressure in the liquid line and wherein a stop is formed in the connection piece and defines an axial end position of the corrugated hose in the connection piece.
PRESSURE HOSE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PRESSURE HOSE
A pressure hose (1) for a water-carrying system is shown and described, especially for connecting sanitary taps or for connecting parts of the water-carrying system, having a corrugated inner hose (2) made of plastic, wherein at least one hose end (3, 5) of the pressure hose (1) is provided with a connecting piece (4, 6), designed such that it differs from the inner hose (2), for joining the pressure hose (1) to a complementarily designed connecting piece of a sanitary tap and/or a part of the water-carrying system. According to the invention, it is provided that the inner hose (2) and the connecting piece (4, 6) are formed as one piece and the inner hose (2) and the connecting piece (4, 6) are preferably produced via extrusion in a common extrusion process.

Non-Continuously Rotatable and Removable Ferrule for Duct Fitting
A fitting assembly for connection to a flexible duct includes a ferrule configured for insertion into an open end of the flexible duct a fitting removably connected to the ferrule. The ferrule includes a sidewall defining a minor diameter and a major diameter spaced apart from the minor diameter, and a ferrule thread extending radially outward from the sidewall. One of the fitting and the ferrule defines a recess. Another of the fitting and the ferrule comprises a tab configured to extend into the recess. One of the recess and the tab comprises an edge. Another of the recess and the tab comprises a ramped surface extending in a circumferential direction of the ferrule, such that rotation of the ferrule relative to the fitting causes the ramped surface to engage the edge, thereby radially deflecting the tab and disengaging the tab from the recess.
JOINT STRUCTURE, JOINT UNIT AND ASSEMBLY METHOD OF JOINT UNIT
Provided is a joint structure comprising a main body, a tubular part that is formed in a tubular shape to protrude from the main body along an axis and holds an outer peripheral surface of the resin-made tube, and a protrusion that is formed in a shaft shape to protrude from the main body along the axis and forms, between the protrusion and the tubular part, an insertion groove in which the resin-made tube is inserted, the main body and the protrusion are formed with a coupling channel extending along the axis and coupling a liquid transferring channel and another channel, and a tip of the protrusion is disposed at a position closer to the main body than a tip of the tubular part.

CONNECTION PIECE FOR CONNECTING A HOSE TO A FLUID OUTLET
A connection piece for connecting a surface-structured end of a hose extending along a longitudinal direction to a fluid outlet is disclosed, which end comprises at least one recess in its surface, with a sealing space into which the end of the hose can be introduced. A sealing material is arranged in the sealing space, which is sufficiently fluidizable in a first processing state so that a part of the sealing material present in the sealing space can flow into the recess when the end of the hose has been pushed in, and can be hardened in a second processing state.

BUILT-IN END COUPLING FOR HIGH PRESSURE REINFORCED BONDED RUBBER HOSE ASSEMBLIES
One aspect of the disclosure is a method of attaching a hose coupling to a reinforced hose. In one embodiment, the method comprises: skiving the first end of the reinforced hose to expose at least one reinforcing layer of a plurality of reinforcing layers of the reinforced hose; positioning the skived first end of the reinforced hose in an inner cavity of the hose coupling; introducing a vacuum into the inner cavity through a vent port in the hose coupling; and introducing a bonding agent into the cavity through an injection port in the hose coupling, wherein the bonding agent is drawn by the vacuum into the plurality of reinforcing layers of the reinforced hose.
