The connecting clamp may also include a connecting body arranged between the clamp bodies. The connecting body may pivotably connect the clamp bodies with one another such that the clamp bodies are pivotable relative to one another between a start pivot position and an end pivot position. The connecting body may include a fixing device for fixing the clamp bodies in the end pivot position.
Duct cleaning clamp and duct cleaning access door
The present invention is directed to a magnetic duct cleaning hose clamp for attaching an airflow hose to a HVAC duct to be cleaned. The improved duct cleaning hose clamp includes: a planar clamp base; a plurality of magnets arranged around the periphery of the back surface of the clamp base; a compressible sealing member located between the magnetic attachment pads on the back surface of the clamp base; at least one handle portion extending from the front surface of the clamp base; a duct cleaning hose mounting portion protruding from the front surface of the clamp base; and a duct cleaning hose mounting portion defining an airflow aperture which is in fluid communication with a remote HVAC duct cleaning base unit. The present invention further includes magnetic duct access door of similar construction to the clamp. The magnetic access door provides for frequent access to a variety of different kinds of duct. The design of the improved clamp and the improved access door allow for creation of an efficient magnetic attraction seal with a metallic duct and easy manual removal of the clamps or access doors of the invention by tilting the clamp or access door via the handles on its front surface.
Locking taper fluid connection interfaces
This document provides fluid handling components. For example, this document relates to taper interface connections such as, but not limited to, luer taper interface connections used to couple fluid handling components in a medical or laboratory setting. In some embodiments, the threaded connection on the male portion of the taper interface is comprised of one or two opposing tabs, rather than a 360 collar like conventional luer lock fittings. As such, the taper interface components provided herein are readily manufacturable with a lower cost than conventional fittings that have a collar. In some embodiments, the taper interface components provided herein are configured for coupling by way of a quick connection technique.
PLUMBING FITTING ASSEMBLY FOR TRANSVERSE HOLE IN STRUCTURE
A plumbing fitting assembly includes an anchor member for being received in a transverse hole in a structure. One end of the anchor member is externally threaded and the other includes a catch portion for engaging a surface of the structure adjacent the hole. The threaded end is threaded into a clamping member configured to form a seal with the opposite surface of the structure or another liquid conveying structure. The anchor member can include a tool formation for mating with a rotating structure of a tool. The assembly can include a lock ring for being lockingly received in an interior passage to prevent the catch portion from deflecting inwardly when installed. The plumbing fitting assembly can also be configured for forming a plumbing fitting at a transverse hole in a flexible, liquid-impermeable panel.
Latch mechanism and server assembly and rack-mount server system employing same
The present disclosure provides a latch mechanism, applied to a rack-mount server system. The rack-mount server system includes a server and a manifold, and the server includes a casing and a fluid connector. The manifold includes a manifold connector. The latch mechanism includes a fixing member, a fixing frame and a hook member. The fixing member is disposed on the manifold and includes a fixing pin. The fixing frame is secured to the server and includes a shaft. The hook member is rotatably disposed on the shaft and includes a hook portion. By rotating the hook portion to latch with the fixing pin, the fixing frame and fixing member are secured with each other, and the fluid connector of the server is coupled to and in fluid communication with the manifold connector of the manifold.
FILLING HOSE
A liquid dispenser filling hose for use in filling a liquid dispenser with liquid from a liquid reservoir via a pump, comprising: a distal coupler for coupling the filling hose to the liquid dispenser; and a controller arranged to control the pump. The liquid dispenser may be filled using a method comprising: providing a liquid reservoir, a pump and a controller arranged to control the pump, and a filling hose having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the filling hose being coupled to the liquid reservoir; coupling the distal end of the filling hose via a distal coupler to the liquid dispenser; and transferring liquid from the liquid reservoir via the filling hose to an airless liquid container forming part of the liquid dispenser.
A system for filling a liquid dispenser, comprising: the liquid filling hose; and a liquid reservoir and/or liquid supply station is also described.
Portable pressurized sprayer
A tank holding a quantity of liquid releasably connects to an electric pump module through a connector to provide a portable sprayer. The tank connects to a feed line that supplies spray nozzle with the liquid. The connector combines a quick disconnect connector with a pressure relief valve. The electric pump module includes an electric pump, a switch assembly, and a check valve. The electric pump module directs gas through the check valve into the connector to increase the gas pressure in the tank and force the liquid in the tank to flow through the feed line and out the spray nozzle. The switch assembly turns off the electric pump when the gas pressure in the tank exceeds a predetermined limit while maintaining the flow of liquid through the spray nozzle.
Sewer pipe fitting assembly
A fitting assembly for establishing a fluid-tight connection with a pipe, the pipe having an aperture in a sidewall thereof, an inner surface, and an outer surface. The assembly comprises at least one adapting member, an internal sealing member disposed about the adapting member adjacent a distal end thereof, compression member disposed about the adapting member adjacent a proximal end thereof, and an external sealing member disposed about the adapting member between the internal sealing member and compression member. The distal end of the adapting member comprises teeth with outwardly extending flanged ends for insertion in the pipe aperture. Operation of the compression member causes the components to exert a compressive force on the sidewall of the pipe, forming the seal.
Locking assembly for a measurement system
The present disclosure is, in one aspect, directed to a locking assembly for securing a sample tube assembly to a sample manifold of a measurement system. The locking assembly includes a ramp block having one or more slots defined therein and configured to at least partially receive a portion of the sample tube assembly. The ramp block also includes a plurality of surface features defined therealong and configured to engage and move the sample tube assembly toward and into engagement with the sample manifold. The ramp block further is movable between a plurality of positions including an open position for allowing the sample tube assembly to be received through the one or more slots or openings, and a closed position substantially sealing the sample tube assembly against or within the sample manifold. Other aspects also are described.
QUICK LOCK RELEASE COUPLING
