COATED CLOSED-CELL FOAM TUBE INSULATIONS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
Provided is an insulation product, optionally in a tubular form, that includes a coated foam insulation layer, where the foam insulation layer has a closed-cell structure. The coating can comprise a thermoplastic elastomer that seamlessly covers and is bonded to an outer surface of the elastomeric foam layer in the absence of an adhesive bonding material to protect the foam insulation layer, e.g., during outdoor insulation applications. A pipe where the insulation product is installed is also provided, as is a method of installing the insulation product, and a method of producing the insulation product.

HEAT-INSULATION MATERIAL, HEAT-INSULATION STRUCTURE USING SAME, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SAME
Heat-insulation materials that can be placed along the lines of heat sources, heat-insulation structures using the same, and processes for producing the same. A heat-insulation material, that includes: fiber sheets that each have fibers and an aerogel and that have different sizes; and at least one covering material that covers the fiber sheets, or at least one elastic material that includes the fiber sheets. The at least one covering material may include a first covering material and a second covering material.
Pipeline Leak Detection Device
The sphere of main pipelines used for hot water supply, specifically devices for electric surveillance control and water heat carrier leakage detection on atomic electric power station pipelines applied for operation of heat insulated pipes with a protective casing. Such pipeline leakage detection device uses a metal protective casing installed coaxially on a metal pipe with a radial clearance, where the casing performs as a joint of, for example, four arch shaped metal sheets bent across the pipe. Sheets straight line edges are joined by a dielectric washer, and sheets arch shaped edges are joined by a dielectric ring. Ring flanks have ring grooves on them for sheets arch shaped edges installation. Across each sheet arch shaped edge there are lamels shaped electric connectors installed in ring grooves for sheet arch shaped edge fixation. Electric connector terminals are fastened on the ring external surface and separately connected to each lamel.
Polymeric foam insulation system for pipes
A pipe insulation system that serves as insulation for a length of pipe contains section of thermoplastic polymer foam that fit circumferentially around a length of pipe, rings of melt barrier material that fit circumferentially around the length of pipe and abut adjacent sections of thermoplastic foam, mesh around the sections of thermoplastic polymer foam and rings of melt barrier material, a metallic covering enclosing the thermoplastic polymer foam, melt barrier material and mesh, and a support band that fits circumferentially around the metallic covering and that holds the pipe insulation system against a length of pipe around which the pipe insulation resides. A ring of melt barrier material is present at the top and bottom of non-horizontal length of pipe and within any 250 centimeter distance along the length of pipe.

Continuous Method for Producing Pre-Insulated Piping
A method for the continuous production of pre-insulated piping having an inner metal carrier pipe having an interior surface and an exterior surface and an envelope of foamed insulation surrounding the inner metal carrier pipe exterior surface. A molding apparatus is provided for forming an annulus about a pipe to be insulated into which foam can be injected. The pipe is continuously moved through the apparatus with foaming material being injected into the annulus a where it is molded and cured to form a foam insulated pipe. The molding apparatus is a roller-drum having a cylindrical length and a plurality of individual rollers arranged in a series of linearly staggered, circular arrays which define the annulus where the foaming material is cured.
METAL TUBULAR COMPONENT, TUBULAR THREADED JOINT COMPRISING SUCH A COMPONENT AND METHOD OF OBTAINING SUCH A COMPONENT
A metal tubular component adapted to be associated with at least one other metal tubular component to form a joint, said metal tubular component having a longitudinal axis, a body and at least one first axial end adjacent to the body, said first axial end being provided with a connector including a thread and an internal abutment surface, the metal tubular component further including a wall with an internal surface, said internal surface being coated with a layer of a thermally-insulating material, said layer of thermally-insulating material being covered by a liner, said liner having an axial portion extending along the longitudinal axis and a radial portion, said radial portion extending along the internal abutment surface.
