CLAMPING APPARATUS
A clamping apparatus connecting tube flanges, includes first and second bracing devices. The first bracing device connects first and second mounting devices and has a partially circular shape with a first inner and a first outer wall. The second bracing device connects first and second connecting devices. The first bracing device inner wall has a first recess. The first bracing device outer wall is configured to contact the second bracing device which is configured to contact the first bracing device outer wall to apply substantially radial force on that first outer wall. The first recess shape is configured to substantially convert the radial force applied to the first bracing device outer wall into an axial force inside the first inner wall. The first and second mounting devices each comprise at least two attachment devices connecting the first and second connecting devices of the second bracing device.
COUPLING SEAL FOR PIPE LINERS
A coupler for lined pipe joints in a lined pipe system. The coupler for a lined pipe system, having lined pipe section ends with an inner diameter. A substantially cylindrical hollow body includes an outer surface, an inner surface, two opposing open ends, and a longitudinal center between the two opposing open ends. A ridge extends radially outwardly from the outer surface at the longitudinal center. A hollow radial barb, with a point having a maximum diameter and a hollow section, is symmetrically disposed on the outer surface between each opposing open end and the ridge wherein the radial barbs extend outwardly from the outer surface and away from the ridge.
QUICK-CONNECT FITTING
The disclosure herein relates to a quick-connect fitting that provides a leak-proof connection between two components of a waterway. The quick-connect fitting of the present disclosure is releasable and reusable for disconnecting and reconnecting the waterway connection. Moreover, the quick-connect fitting further comprises an audible identifier which identifies the quick-connect fitting has secured the waterway components to be connected.
Automated teat dip fluid manifold
A teat dip fluid manifold and methods for distributing teat dip fluids, and including redundant valve sets and pressure monitoring between valve pairs to determine valve condition.
Safely joint
To provide a safety joint that can immediately shut off a hydrogen gas flow path at the initial stage when a plug (nozzle side member) comes out of a socket (fueling apparatus side member) to prevent release of outgas. A safety joint (100, 100-1) of the present invention includes: a plug (10) with a flow path (1A) formed inside, a shutoff valve (5) of the plug (10) opens when connected to a socket (20); and the socket (20), a flow path (21A) in communication with the flow path (1A) is formed when connected to the plug (10); and when the plug (10) is disconnected from the socket (20), the flow paths (1A, 21A) of the plug (10) and the socket (20) are shut off, wherein the socket has an opening (21C) that communicates with the flow path (21A) and extends orthogonally to the flow path (21A); when the plug and the socket are connected, a protruding portion (3) of the plug is inserted into the opening; and a socket flow path blocking mechanism (30, 31) is provided to instantly close the flow path (21A) at an initial stage when the plug is disconnected from the socket.
Steam deflector shield
Apparatus and method for shielding leakage from a flanged pipe coupling comprising: a housing having a front wall, a rear wall, and a top wall, the top wall depending downwardly to form side walls intermediate the front and rear walls thus forming a closure having a bottom which is open; wherein the housing contains an interior space in between the front and rear wall and below the top wall, the interior space shaped to fit around a flanged pipe coupling; and wherein the housing is shaped so as to prevent rotation of the apparatus with respect to the flanged pipe coupling.
AUTOMATED TEAT DIP FLUID MANIFOLD
A teat dip fluid manifold and methods for distributing teat dip fluids, and including redundant valve sets and pressure monitoring between valve pairs to determine valve condition.
Quick Connector
A quick connector is described to removably connect hydraulic equipment operating in underground coal mines, wherein two tubular bodies are coupled to each other such as to define one individual fluid passage, a tubular element is movable between a closed position and an open position in which it either blocks or allows a relative axial movement between the tubular bodies, respectively, and a safety member slides on the tubular element between at least one safety position and a freedom position, wherein it either blocks or allows the tubular to element to move to the open position, respectively.
Quick Connector with Safely Locking Function
A quick connector includes a connector body, a spring, a plurality of positioning balls, a push ring, a movable sleeve, a snap ring, and a locking structure. When a coupling is inserted into the connector body, the push ring is pushed the spring to press the positioning balls which press the coupling so that the coupling is locked onto the connector body. The movable sleeve is driven to return the push ring to release the coupling from the positioning balls. Thus, the movable sleeve is locked by the locking structure and cannot be moved any more so that the movable sleeve will not be driven inadvertently due to an external force and can press the positioning balls to lock the coupling so as to prevent the coupling from being detached from the connector body.
QUICK DISCONNECT CONVEYANCE TUBES
A fluid line connection for a manifold of a pneumatic distribution system for an agricultural air seeder. The fluid line connection has a male connector extending from the manifold and a plurality of threads on an exterior surface, a fitting connector configured to retain a primary tube thereon, the fitting connector defining a lip, and a locking ring having a plurality of threads and a receiving portion on an interior surface, the receiving portion configured to receive the lip to retain the fitting connector with the locking ring, and the plurality of threads of the locking ring configured to engage the plurality of threads on the male connector. The fitting connector is removable from the male connector by disengaging the locking ring without requiring axial movement of the fitting connector.
