GREASING DEVICE AND GREASING METHOD
A greasing device that feeds grease to a portion requiring greasing that is housed inside a housing, and includes a jig and a greasing pipe fixed to the jig. The housing includes a though-hole that extends through the housing. The jig includes an insertion part that is inserted into the through-hole of the housing. A side surface of the insertion part bear a marking-off line at a position a predetermined distance away from a leading end side of the insertion part. A positon of the marking-off line is a height position that the greasing pipe does not come into contact with inner components of the housing when the jig is inserted into the through-hole up to the positon of the marking-off line.

LUBRICANT APPLICATOR FOR A BALL HITCH
A lubricant applicator for a ball hitch includes a diaphragm assembly, a hollow support structure, and preferably, a removable cover. The diaphragm assembly includes a diaphragm member and may also include a peripheral sidewall. The diaphragm member has a non-permeable top surface having an inner facing surface and an outer facing surface. A central region of the inner facing surface is coated with lubricant that is releasable from the inner facing surface when pressed against an external surface and, optionally, rotated slightly. The hollow support structure has a peripheral sidewall. The diaphragm assembly is positionally secured within the hollow support structure to provide a unitary structure. The lubricant-coated central region of the diaphragm member is configured to deform and partially encapsulate at least an upper portion of the ball hitch when the lubricant applicator is centered over the ball hitch and pressed down over the ball hitch to allow release and transfer of at least a portion of the lubricant from the inner facing surface of the diaphragm member to the at least upper portion of the ball hitch.

GREASING DEVICE FOR CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM
A greasing device is configured to feed grease to a contact portion between a release bearing and a pressing part of a clutch release fork in a clutch release mechanism configured such that the pressing part presses the release bearing. The greasing device includes: a greasing pipe configured to extend from the outside of a clutch housing that houses a clutch main body including the release bearing toward the contact portion through a through-hole provided in the clutch housing, and to feed grease to the contact portion; and a positioning part configured to position the greasing pipe by coming into contact with each of an inner surface of the through-hole and a flat surface of the clutch release fork.
Nozzle for grease application and methods for using
A tip end face of a body part 13 is provided at a part in front of a discharge port with respect to a rotational direction of a worm wheel 2 with a protruding part 16, and a tip end face of the protruding part 16 is provided with a grease-pushing surface part 17 configured to push grease into concave portions of a worm wheel teeth 3 while raking and leveling the grease so that the grease is substantially uniform in a width direction and in a circumferential direction of the worm wheel teeth 3. Also, the tip end face of the body part 13 is provided at a rear part of the discharge port with respect to the rotational direction of the worm wheel 2 with a protruding wall part 18 for preventing the grease 1 from moving rearwards with respect to the rotational direction of the worm wheel 2.

Grease injection system
Provided is a grease injection system including a plurality of grease injection devices and a host. The grease injection devices uses control information to output lubricating grease, and output a plurality of pieces of status information. The host receives the pieces of status information from the grease injection devices, and generates the control information based on the pieces of status information.

MAINTENANCE TOOL WITH OPTICAL IMAGE CAPTURE AND NETWORK
A system includes a tool including a communication module configured to transmit first data related to maintenance of an asset, and an intermediary computing device in communication with the communication module. The intermediary computing device is configured to receive an image of the asset, a maintenance point thereof, or both, transmit the image or video to a remote server, wherein the remote server is configured to verify an identity of the asset, the maintenance point, or both based on the image or video, receive the first data from the communication module, transmit the first data to the remote server, and receive second data representing a maintenance action to take on the tool, the asset, or both from the remote server.
