Grease Distribution Systems
20210381640 · 2021-12-09 ·

Grease distribution systems for lubricating a plurality of fracking valves on a wellhead may include a distribution manifold configured for mounting on or adjacent to the wellhead. The grease distribution manifold may include a plurality of manifold valves. A grease pump may be disposed in fluid communication with the grease distribution manifold. A plurality of safety valves may be disposed in fluid communication with the respective manifold valves. Each of the safety valves is configured to be disposed in fluid communication with one of a plurality of fracking valves. The grease pump is configured to distribute grease through at least one of the manifold valves and its respective one of the safety valves, to the respective one of the fracking valves.

Drive unit for a hybrid vehicle

A drive unit for a hybrid vehicle that enables downsizing and cost reduction of an oil supply mechanism to be achieved. The drive unit includes: a first feeding line for supplying a first motor and a differential mechanism with oil discharged from a first oil pump; and a second feeding line for supplying a second motor with oil discharged from a second oil pump, the oil being supplied via an oil cooler that cools the oil. A passage between from the second oil pump to the second motor in the second feeding line and a passage between from the first oil pump to the first motor and the differential mechanism in the first feeding line, are independent of each other.

Provided is an aircraft internal combustion engine capable of improving a fuel consumption rate. An aircraft internal combustion engine (1) includes a gas turbine (2), a lubricating oil supply pipe (31) through which a lubricating oil flows, a variable capacity type electric pump (33) that supplies the lubricating oil to the gas turbine (2), a temperature detection unit (5) that detects the temperature of the lubricating oil, a supply amount detection unit (6) that detects a supply amount of the lubricating oil, a rotation speed detection unit (4) that detects a rotation speed of the gas turbine (2), and a control unit (7). The control unit (7) sets a target supply amount of the lubricating oil based on the rotation speed of the gas turbine (2) detected by the rotation speed detection unit (4) and the temperature of the lubricating oil detected by the temperature detection unit (5), and controls a discharge amount of the lubricating oil such that the supply amount of the lubricating oil detected by the supply amount detection unit (6) matches the target supply amount.

Apparatus and method for dispensing a lubricant to the rail and determining the amount of lubricant dispensed and remaining
11325621 · 2022-05-10 · ·

An improved method and apparatus for determining the amount of lubricant dispensed to a rail, adjusting the amount of available lubricant for dispensing based on the amount of lubricant remaining, and advising the operator of same. The apparatus includes a reservoir of lubricant suspended from a load beam having load cells communicating with a microprocessor and a controller to determine the amount of lubricant remaining within the reservoir on a real-time basis as lubricant is dispersed. The method includes the determination of the amount of lubricant remaining and, following dispensing additional lubricant, re-determining the amount of lubricant remaining. In this manner, an operator may prepare a schedule for replenishment of the reservoirs of various lubricating stations based on feedback of the remaining amount of lubricant remaining. Thus, an operator may predict track downtime for refilling of a plurality of lubricating stations and schedule such to minimized track downtime.
