Pump provided with a reservoir of a lubricant
A pump with a reservoir of a lubricant, including a hollow body in which a piston, loaded by a pressing element, sealingly slides, at least a port for loading the lubricant in a compartment defined by the inner wall of the hollow body and by the piston, and at least a valve for exhausting air trapped in the compartment together with the lubricant during a loading step.
Electric grease barrel pump
The present invention relates to an electric grease barrel pump and, more particularly, to an electric grease barrel pump which is configured to supply an appropriate amount of grease to an attachment connected to a distribution valve by enabling an actuator of the distribution valve to operate in conjunction with and according to a change in the number of stages of a driving means.

Reservoir overfill protection
A protection mechanism for a lubricant reservoir is mounted within a valve protection chamber disposed on an actuator. The protection mechanism includes a valve actuating plate and an elastic member biasing the valve actuating plate upwards. The actuator is pushed upwards by a rising level of lubricant as the lubricant reservoir is filled. When the reservoir is full, the actuator causes the valve actuating plate to contact a valve stem. The valve actuating plate pushes the valve stem up to shut off a flow of lubricant to the reservoir through the shut off valve. During an overfill event the actuator shifts upward due to the rising level of the lubricant in the reservoir. As the actuator shifts upward, the elastic member compresses such that valve actuating plate remains static relative to the lubricant reservoir as actuator rises.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION ROBOT
An automatic lubrication robot includes a robot, a grease hose, and a delivery unit. The robot includes a lifting and lowering unit that moves linearly and an arm coupled to the lifting and lowering unit, and the robot is arranged in a clean room to perform an operation. Grease for lubricating the robot passes through the grease hose. In response to the linear movement of the lifting and lowering unit, the delivery unit delivers the grease to the robot via the grease hose.
PISTON PUMP AND SEAL RING
A piston for a single-stroke pump includes a pump rod, a seal ring extending about the pump rod and having a central bore, and a retaining device disposed on the pump rod and retaining the seal ring on the pump rod. In a forward stroke, the seal ring is in a first position whereby the seal ring sealingly engages the pump rod such that the seal ring and pump rod drive a fluid out of the pump chamber. When transitioning to a return stroke, the seal ring is maintained stationary relative to the pump cylinder until retaining device engages seal ring, such that seal ring is in a second position. With the seal ring in the second position, a flow path is opened between the seal ring and the pump rod, allowing fluid to flow into the pump chamber to prime the pump the next pump cycle.
Lubrication system for hydraulic hammer
A lubrication system for a hydraulic hammer is disclosed. The lubrication system includes a housing having a first chamber, and a control valve, disposed proximal to a first end of the first chamber, moveable from a closed position to an open position. A piston is received within the first chamber and moveable between a first position and a second position. The piston includes a first end having a cavity, and a second end facing towards a second chamber, which receives hydraulic fluid therein. In the second position, when the first chamber is filled with air in the first position of the piston, the cavity defined at the first end of the piston maintains pressure of the air less than a biasing force of a resilient member that keeps the control valve in the closed position.
