SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONDITION-BASED FILTER CHANGES
A method and system for estimating the remaining useful life of a filter in a lubrication system is disclosed along with exemplary system components.
Drive apparatus having oil passage defined in stopper body
A pump includes an external gear, an internal gear surrounding the external gear to mesh with the external gear, a pump chamber to house the internal gear and the external gear, a suction inlet to suck an oil into the pump chamber, and a discharge outlet to discharge the oil from inside the pump chamber. The housing includes an outer cover having the pump chamber defined therein, and a first oil passage defined in the outer cover and connected to the discharge outlet. The motor shaft includes a second oil passage connected to the first oil passage, and a first through hole to connect the second oil passage to the motor shaft. The second oil passage opens into the first oil passage at the end portion of the motor shaft.
Robot arm
A robot arm with high productivity capable of preventing a decelerator from being damaged is provided. A robot arm according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is a robot arm in which a second member is rotationally coupled to a first member via a decelerator that accommodates lubricant therein, the robot arm including: a circulation path in which the lubricant is circulated via the decelerator; a storage part that is arranged in the circulation path and stores the lubricant; and an actuator configured to circulate the lubricant, in which the storage part is provided with a filter for capturing impurities in the lubricant in such a way that the filter covers an outlet of the lubricant in the storage part.

Lubrication of journal bearing during clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation
The present disclosure is applicable to all gear trains using a journal bearing as a means of supporting gear shaft rotation. It is related in some embodiments to a system and method for supplying lubricant to the journal bearings of a gear-turbofan engine gear train when the fan rotor is subjected to a wind-milling condition in both directions, either clockwise or counterclockwise.
Automotive electrical oil pump
An automotive electrical oil pump includes an oil displacement pumping unit with a pump rotor which rotates in a pump chamber so as to pump a pressurized oil to an oil recipient, an electric driving motor which drives the pump rotor of the oil displacement pumping unit, an electrical connector plug which electrically connects the electric driving motor to a power source, and a fluid connector. The fluid connector includes a pump inlet which is fluidically connected to a chamber inlet, a pump outlet which is fluidically connected to a chamber outlet, a center front opening, and a ring front opening which is arranged coaxially to the center front opening. The center front opening and the ring front opening define the pump inlet and the pump outlet.

Engine oil pump cover with seal
An internal combustion engine assembly includes a crankcase and a cam housing. The crankcase includes a crankcase cavity configured to receive a counterweight. The cam housing includes a cam housing cavity configured to receive a camshaft. A pump is positioned within the cam housing. The pump is configured to draw oil from an oil reservoir defined by the cam housing cavity. A crankshaft supports the counterweight for rotation therewith. The crankshaft is rotatably supported within the cam housing and is coupled to drive the pump. A bearing supports the crankshaft between the crankcase cavity and the cam housing cavity. The bearing includes an outer race. A seal is positioned between the pump and the bearing. The seal is positioned against the outer race to block the transmission of pressure fluctuations between the crankcase cavity and the oil reservoir.
LIQUID PUMP, IN PARTICULAR FOR PROVIDING A SUPPLY TO A TRANSMISSION OR TO A CLUTCH IN THE DRIVE TRAIN OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A liquid pump, in particular for providing a supply to a transmission or to a clutch in the drive train of a motor vehicle, includes a drive motor, a pump module which can be operated in two opposing directions of rotation, and at least one inlet and multiple outlets, each of which has at least one corresponding check valve. The pump has a valve plate corresponding to the pump module in which, for each check valve, a valve seat and a receptacle for a valve element interacting with the valve seat are provided.
