COATING COMPOSITIONS INCLUDING LECITHINS OR DERIVATIVES THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to compositions including monoglycerides and alkyl esters of fatty acids. An exemplary embodiment includes about 15 wt % to about 99 wt % of one or more monoglycerides of a C.sub.4-C.sub.28 fatty acid, and about 1 wt % to about 75 wt % of one or more alkyl esters of a C.sub.8-C.sub.20 fatty acid.
APPARATUS AND SYSTEMS FOR APPLYING A LIQUID CROP-PRESERVATIVE FORMULATION TO A CONTAINER
A method for treating a substrate with a volatile liquid, crop-preservative formulation includes transporting a predetermined quantity of the formulation from a reservoir to an injection device and applying the predetermined quantity to the substrate. The substrate may thereafter be in proximity to a crop to be treated by the vapor from the formulation. The substrate is most conveniently a portion of a container in which the crop is stored or shipped.

STERILIZATION METHOD OF SEASONING SAUCE
Provided herein is a method of sterilizing a seasoning sauce which includes performing sterilization at an ultra-high pressure. The method of sterilizing a seasoning sauce according to an embodiment has a more excellent sterilization effect on a seasoning sauce than that of an existing heat sterilization method and enhances taste and flavor of the seasoning sauce.
Food preservation system
A food preservation system is provided. The system includes a storage cabinet for storing foods, an electrolytic gas generator, a gas sensor and a control unit. The electrolytic gas generator is in fluid communication with the storage cabinet to output a first gas and a second gas to preserve the foods. The gas sensor is arranged in the storage cabinet to detect the concentration of the gases in the storage cabinet for obtaining gas concentration information which includes a first gas concentration and a second gas concentration. The control unit is electrically connected to the electrolytic gas generator and the gas sensor. According to the received gas concentration information, the control unit adjusts the applied voltage of the electrolytic gas generator to control the gas species generated by the electrolytic gas generator and the first and second gas concentrations in the storage cabinet.
System, device, and method for preservative concentration control in baking production
A baking production system for control of preservative concentration during production of baked products includes a preservative control system, including a preservative control unit, a flow control valve, a flow meter, first and second conductive probes, first and second acidity sensors, a metering pump, a water mixer, a temperature sensor, a moisture sensor, which is configured to mix the water with the preservative solution, thereby creating a water preservative mixture; and a production line, including a dough mixer, which is configured to receive a baking mixture and mix the baking mixture with the water preservative mixture, thereby creating a dough. Also disclosed is a method for preservative concentration control, including calculating water preservative concentration, optimizing preservative solution flow, calculating dough preservative concentration, and optimizing source water flow.

Method and Apparatus for the Enhancement of the Aqueous Extraction of Plant Material
The invention relates to a method for the improving the extraction of one or more components from a plant material when adding a liquid to the plant material which is either hot, cold or mid-temperature so as to cause the extraction of the one or more components. During, or after, the addition of the liquid, the liquid is exposed to electromagnetic signals at one or a range of frequencies and, in one embodiment, the said signals are provided in a pulsed manner such that there are periods of electromagnetic frequency signals being generated and periods where there are not. This is found to enhance the extraction of the one or more components. In one embodiment the liquid is water and is added to the plant material to create a beverage such as a tea or infusion. In one embodiment the electromagnetic emitting means can be suitably design or controlled apparatus and, in one embodiment, is a smartphone, tablet or similar device with a controlling app thereon.
