MOBILE STORAGE DEVICE
A mobile storage device is provided, including: a receiving body, including an inner space, an inlet which is communicated with the inner space, a holding portion and a side face which is opposite to the holding portion; at least one rotatable member, disposed on the receiving body and protruding beyond the receiving body, and the inlet being located between the at least one rotatable member and the holding portion.
Method and device for clearing vehicle accidents
A method of transporting a vehicle that has a ruptured fluid container from an accident includes affixing a fluid absorbent diaper to the vehicle at the location of the ruptured fluid container. The diaper has an absorbent planar member being at least about half the size of the vehicle undercarriage and a plurality of spaced bungee straps extending from edge portions of the member. The vehicle can then be transported and/or stored without risk of spillage of hydrocarbon fluid or battery acid.
MOBILE WORK MACHINE WITH FLUID DRIP RETENTION
A mobile work machine which includes a lower protective belly plate and a machine component drawer located above the belly plate. The drawer has a bottom with at least one fluid drain aperture. A fluid drip retention tray is removably positioned below the drawer in a protected space above the belly plate. The machine component drawer and drip retention tray may each have a magnetically attractable bottom and magnets means preferably affixed to the bottom of the drawer to magnetically support the tray below the drawer. A drip retention tray is also provided for a wheel steering cylinder, the tray having a curved retainer portion which extends upwardly around the cylinder for a distance sufficient to retain the tray on said cylinder.
OIL PAN GUARD BRACKET
An oil pan guard bracket for securing an oil pan guard to a vehicle body frame includes a flat securing base to which the oil pan guard is secured and two inclined wall portions, each of which extends obliquely upwards and outwards from opposite sides of the flat securing base. Each inclined wall portion includes an opposing edge which opposes a side surface of the vehicle body frame. The opposing portion of each inclined wall portion is welded to the side surface of the vehicle body frame.
ABSORBENT PADDING FOR LIQUID SOLUTIONS AND HYDROCARBONS
The present disclosure provides for a crude oil sorption padding for liquid hydrocarbons. The device includes a first nonwoven outer layer of polypropylene material and a second nonwoven outer layer of polypropylene material. A composite core layer disposed between the outer layers, the core layer made from nonwoven cotton and coconut husk.
Liquid containment device and containment of leakage from a liquid reservoir
A liquid containment device and method for containing leakage from a liquid reservoir. The liquid containment device comprises a base and a peripheral wall that comprises flexible resilient folds that allow a portion of the peripheral wall to be flattened against the floor to slide the liquid containment device under the liquid reservoir. The peripheral wall is resilient and returns readily to a position where it extends upwardly from the base when released. The liquid containment device can be installed by lifting slightly a reservoir, flattening a portion of the peripheral wall, sliding it under the reservoir until the flattened portion protrudes past the far edge of the reservoir whereupon it resiliently regains its shape forming a receptacle under the reservoir. Abstract not to be interpreted as limiting.
Wire Bracket Assembly for Containment Berm
A containment berm having a flexible, substantially impermeable polymer material forming a ground section with a plurality of sidewalls extending upward from the ground section. A plurality of bracket assemblies are positioned on an external surface of the containment berm. Each of the bracket assemblies includes (i) a pair of first leg segments having first and second ends, the pair of first leg segments being joined by an end segment at their second ends; (ii) a pair of second leg segments having first and second ends, the pair of second leg segments being configured to allow relative movement between their second ends; and (iii) the pair of first leg segments and the pair of second leg segments being joined at their first ends in a substantially perpendicular configuration. One of either the pair of first or second of leg segments engages pockets on the sidewalls.
Inflatable containment tank
A rapid deployment containment tank includes an inflatable container and a self-contained compressed gas source. The container defines a liquid chamber and an open top through which a liquid passes into the liquid chamber. The container is shiftable between a deflated configuration and an inflated configuration. The container includes a flexible base wall and a flexible sidewall cooperating to define the liquid chamber. The sidewall projects from the base wall along an interface and includes an air chamber. The air chamber includes a plurality of tubular columns spaced apart along the interface. The compressed gas source is coupled to the container and is fluidly connected to the air chamber to supply a compressed gas for inflating the container. The tubular columns are fillable with the compressed gas to cause the sidewall to lift upwardly from the base wall, as the container shifts from the deflated configuration to the inflated configuration.
PORTABLE CONTAINMENT SYSTEM FOR HAZARDOUS OR OTHER MATERIALS
An apparatus includes a containment structure having a floor and one or more free-standing flexible walls extending along an outer perimeter of the floor and surrounding a central portion of the floor. The floor includes one or more pieces of fabric, and each free-standing flexible wall includes one or more pieces of shape memory material and extending above the floor. The one or more pieces of shape memory material are attached to the one or more pieces of fabric via a liquid-impervious material applied to the one or more pieces of fabric along the outer perimeter of the floor. The liquid-impervious material is located on the one or more pieces of fabric and the one or more pieces of shape memory material such that the floor and the one or more free-standing flexible walls are liquid-impervious and define a space configured to retain liquid in the containment structure.
DRAIN PAN REMOVABLE WITHOUT THE USE OF TOOLS
A drainage system comprising a first bracket having a horizontal structure and one or more vertical structures, a second bracket having a horizontal structure and one or more vertical structures and a drain pan having a plurality of locking mechanisms, each configured to interlock with one of the vertical structures of the first bracket or the second bracket.
