Oil collection system
An oil collection system includes a boat that has an engine. A pan is removably coupled to the engine such that the pan may capture oil leaked from the engine. A plurality of clips is provided and each of the clips is coupled to the pan. Each of the clips engages the bottom end of the engine such that the pan is removably retained on the engine. A filter is positioned within the pan such that the filter filters the oil. A gauge is coupled to the pan such that the gauge may display an amount of oil contained within the pan. A drain is coupled to the pan such that the drain may selectively drain the oil from the pan.
Portable drip containment device apparatus and method
A portable drip containment device comprises a tray formed of fuel and chemical resistant fabric. Side walls of the tray are supported by removable bolster segments formed of resilient open cell foam members enclosed within sleeves. The bolster segments are wrapped within a flap of material extending from under the side wall of the tray and around the bolster segments to secure them to the side walls. The outer edge or end of the flap is secured to the side wall. The bolstered side walls may be repeatedly driven across by industrial vehicles without harming the bolster or side wall. The modular bolster segments may be removed and easily stacked, and the tray folded and rolled into a compact modular form, for transport, storage, and reuse of the portable containment tray.

HELICOPTER DRIP PAN
A drip pan apparatus for use in a helicopter includes a drip pan and a frame having a plurality of frame sides and a plurality of frame corners that define an inwardly-facing peripheral surface. A first frame angle is formed between a first inwardly-facing surface and a second inwardly-facing surface. The first frame angle is an acute angle. The drip pan has an outwardly-facing peripheral surface. The outwardly-facing peripheral surface defines a plurality of sides, including a first side and a second side, to cooperate with the inwardly-facing peripheral surface of the frame. A first angle is formed between the first side and the second side. The first angle is an acute angle. A method of installing a drip pan includes modifying at least a portion of a skirt on the helicopter and then securing the frame to one or both of the modified skirt and the helicopter structure.
LIQUID CONTAINMENT DEVICE AND CONTAINMENT OF LEAKAGE FROM A LIQUID RESERVOIR
A liquid containment device and method for containing leakage from a liquid reservoir. The liquid containment device comprises a base and a peripheral wall that comprises flexible resilient folds that allow a portion of the peripheral wall to be flattened against the floor to slide the liquid containment device under the liquid reservoir. The peripheral wall is resilient and returns readily to a position where it extends upwardly from the base when released. The liquid containment device can be installed by lifting slightly a reservoir, flattening a portion of the peripheral wall, sliding it under the reservoir until the flattened portion protrudes past the far edge of the reservoir whereupon it resiliently regains its shape forming a receptacle under the reservoir. Abstract not to be interpreted as limiting.
Collapsible Drive-On Containment Basin
Disclosed are various embodiments of a collapsible drive-on containment basin configured to retain a collection of hazardous materials. In one embodiment, the collapsible drive-on containment basin includes a non-porous liner that comprises a plurality of fastening mechanisms and a plurality of elongated barriers. Initially, the containment basin may be in a collapsed state and later expanded as part of an effort to prevent the spread of hazardous materials at a job site, particularly to prevent the spread of hazardous materials coming from vehicles and machinery. Once in an expanded state, operators can drive vehicles on and off the collapsible drive-on containment basin. Thus, the collapsible drive-on containment basin reduces the amount of time spent preparing a job location against the potential spread of hazardous materials.
Wire bracket assembly for containment berm
A containment berm having a flexible, substantially impermeable polymer material forming a ground section with a plurality of sidewalls extending upward from the ground section. A plurality of bracket assemblies are positioned on an external surface of the containment berm. Each of the bracket assemblies includes (i) a pair of first leg segments having first and second ends, the pair of first leg segments being joined by an end segment at their second ends; (ii) a pair of second leg segments having first and second ends, the pair of second leg segments being configured to allow relative movement between their second ends; and (iii) the pair of first leg segments and the pair of second leg segments being joined at their first ends in a substantially perpendicular configuration. One of either the pair of first or second of leg segments engages pockets on the sidewalls.
Suspended oil drip pan for a tool
A suspended oil drip pan for a tool including a support assembly, a drip pan assembly and a holder assembly. The support assembly includes a portable support stand for tools. The drip assembly includes a pan. The pan has securing elements. The holder assembly includes holding elements. The holding elements are attached to a central portion of the support stand. The holding elements have openings. The pan is detachable to the holding elements by inserting the securing element in the openings of the holding elements. The pan can support the weight of an oiler and prevent dripping of oil from the support stand to the floor.
LEAK CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A leak containment system includes a mounting bracket, a tray, and a locking mechanism. The mounting bracket has a first rail, a second rail, and a panel extending between the first rails and the second rail. The panel is vertically offset from feet formed on the first rail, and a channel is defined by at least the first rail and an underside of the panel. The tray is removably received within the channel. The tray includes a bottom surface surrounded by perimeter walls that together define a fluid container. The perimeter walls include a front perimeter wall that extends upwardly above the other walls. The locking mechanism is coupled to the mounting bracket and is configured to selectively engage the front perimeter wall of the tray to restrict movement of the tray outward from the channel.
Drain for collapsible spill containment structure
A secondary containment structure includes: (i) a base; (ii) impermeable, collapsible sidewalls that surround the base to form a containment area; and (iii) a drainage outlet. A bottom boundary of the outlet is positioned at an intersection of the base with a first sidewall. A top boundary of the outlet is formed in the first sidewall. A drainage channel that is formed of a flexible, impermeable material has a first end that is sealed around the drainage outlet, and a second end that includes a fitting that is configured to connect to a hose or filter. The drainage channel may be tapered from the first end to the second end. The drainage channel, and methods of affixing a drainage channel to an existing containment structure, are also disclosed.
