Lubricant reservoir low level indicator

A lubrication system comprises a lubricant reservoir, a motorized pump, a follower plate, a stationary rod, a movable sleeve, and a flexible connection. The motorized pump is disposed to pump fluid from the lubricant reservoir to lubricant work lines. The follower plate is situated within the lubricant reservoir. The stationary rod has a colored indicator portion. The movable sleeve disposed concentrically about the stationary rod. The flexible connection extends between the follower plate and the stationary colored rod, such that the flexible connection pulls the movable sleeve away from the stationary rod to reveal the colored indicator portion as the follower plate drops towards a bottom of the lubricant reservoir.

OIL CONSOLE DEVICE AND ROTATING MACHINE LUBRICATION SYSTEM

This oil console device (24) is provided with: an oil tank (40) which recovers and stores lubricating oil which has lubricated a bearing portion supporting a rotating body; a pressure reducing fan (71) which is coupled to the oil tank (40) and which reduces the pressure inside the oil tank (40) such that the pressure becomes a negative pressure; an oil mist separator (50) which is provided on the oil tank (40) side of the pressure reducing fan (71) and which captures lubricating oil that has become a mist; and, on the downstream side of the pressure reducing fan (71), a exhaust unit (63s) which vents gas in the oil tank (40) to the outside.

Oil injection unit

An oil injection unit to provide motor oil to the motor of an electric submersible pump. The oil injection unit includes an injection module containing an amount of motor oil to be injected into the motor, a sensor to detect a predetermined condition that indicates the need to inject motor oil into the motor, and an injection valve that can be selectively opened to inject motor oil to the motor upon detection by the sensor of the predetermined condition.

Electronic pump motor control

A motor control system for a lubricant pump motor comprises a pump system power input, a motor drive, a current sensor, a lubrication controller, and a drive controller. The pump system power input is configured to supply system power. The motor drive is configured to drive the lubricant pump motor using the system power. The current sensor is disposed between the pump system power input and the motor drive to sense an input current of the system power. The lubrication controller configured to provide motor activation signals. The drive controller is disposed to receive the motor activation signals via an isolated digital input, and to control the motor drive as a function of the sensed input current and a user-defined current set-point, in response to the activation signals.

LIQUID CONTAINMENT DEVICE AND CONTAINMENT OF LEAKAGE FROM A LIQUID RESERVOIR
20170067598 · 2017-03-09 ·

A liquid containment device and method for containing leakage from a liquid reservoir. The liquid containment device comprises a base and a peripheral wall that comprises flexible resilient folds that allow a portion of the peripheral wall to be flattened against the floor to slide the liquid containment device under the liquid reservoir. The peripheral wall is resilient and returns readily to a position where it extends upwardly from the base when released. The liquid containment device can be installed by lifting slightly a reservoir, flattening a portion of the peripheral wall, sliding it under the reservoir until the flattened portion protrudes past the far edge of the reservoir whereupon it resiliently regains its shape forming a receptacle under the reservoir. Abstract not to be interpreted as limiting.
