The construction machine includes a hose reel for grease supply disposed on a front-side portion of a deck of an upper slewing body, and a urea tank 30 disposed rearward of the hose reel on the deck and stores urea water for exhaust gas purification. The urea tank has a front surface provided with a water inlet for resupplying urea water. The hose reel is disposed deviated from the water inlet widthwise of the upper slewing body. The water inlet has a distal end located on the front side of a rear end of the hose reel.
Apparatus and method for controlling cluster of vehicle
An apparatus for controlling a cluster of a vehicle may include, an oil pressure switch (OPS) mounted at an oil passage of an engine, a driving information detection unit configured of receiving an oil pressure signal from the OPS through a connector of the OPS, an OPS connection determination unit configured of determining that the OPS is disconnected when a first waveform voltage determined from a first oil pressure signal detected before the engine is started is the same as a second waveform voltage determined from a second oil pressure signal detected after the engine is started, and a control unit configured of controlling the cluster to turn on a warning lamp in a response that the control unit receives disconnection event information related to the OPS.
ROTATIONAL CONNECTION SYSTEM PROVIDED WITH A FREE-WHEEL AND A LUBRICATION DEVICE
A lubricated rotational connection system provided with a free-wheel having a driving part and a driven part as well as at least one rotational link member arranged in a linking space, the linking space being located radially between a driving linking section and a driven linking section. A lubrication device comprises a fluid circulation device constrained to rotate with a driven pumping section of the driven part. The fluid circulation device is set in rotation with respect to a driving pumping section when the driving speed of rotation of the driving pumping section is lower than the driven speed of rotation of the driven pumping section about the axis of rotation in order to generate a forced circulation of the lubricating fluid within the linking space.
DEVICE FOR DETERMINING THE ACTUAL STATE AND/OR THE REMAINING SERVICE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION, MATERIALS-HANDLING AND/OR CONVEYOR MACHINE
The invention relates to a device for determining the actual state and/or the remaining service life of a construction, materials-handling and/or conveyor machine, having a plurality of sensors provided on the construction, materials-handling and/or conveyor machine for recording various state information, a recording unit connected to the sensors for gathering the recorded state information, a central unit able to be connected to the recording unit for evaluating the gathered state information and determining the actual state and/or the remaining service life from the gathered state information, and a display device for displaying the determined actual state and/or the determined remaining service life, wherein the sensors comprise various sensor types for recording at least two different categories of information from the group comprising component oscillations, lubricant properties, component and/or lubricant temperature and drive loading and the central unit is designed to ascertain the actual state and/or the remaining service life on the basis of the at least two different categories of information.
Pumping device
The pumping device includes a barrel, a cover, a pumping mechanism, a positioning ring, and plural posts. The barrel has plural first positioning portions extending upward near a bottom thereof. The cover is disposed on the barrel to selectively close the barrel. The pumping mechanism is disposed on the cover for pumping liquid in the receiving space outward or pumping liquid outside into the receiving space. The positioning ring is detachably combined by two semi-ring bodies and is sleeved onto the cover and the barrel to position the cover on the barrel. The positioning ring has plural second positioning portions. Each of the posts connects the positioning ring and the bottom of the barrel therebetween. Each post is detachably connected to one of the first positioning portions and one of the second positioning portions therebetween so that the two semi-ring bodies are unable to separate freely.
COLD START LUBRICANT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS AND WORK VEHICLES INCLUDING THE SAME
Embodiments of a cold start lubricant distribution system include a lubricant distribution circuit, which fluidly interconnects first and second actively-lubricated work vehicle assemblies onboard a work vehicle. A flow divider section is included in the lubricant distribution circuit and through which lubricant flow is apportioned between the first and second actively-lubricated work vehicle assemblies. A lubricant supply pump is further located in the lubricant distribution circuit upstream of the flow divider section. The cold start lubricant distribution system further includes a lubricant flow modification assembly operably in a cold start mode. When operating in the cold start mode, the lubricant flow modification assembly reduces a volume of lubricant flow supplied to the first actively-lubricated work vehicle assembly through the flow divider section relative to a volume of lubricant flow supplied to the second actively-lubricated work vehicle assembly through the flow divider section.
Oil supply structure of transmission
An oil supply structure which supplies lubricating oil to a portion to be lubricated in a casing, the oil supply structure comprises an opening portion provided on a wall portion of the casing which corresponds to a shaft end portion of a rotary shaft supported by a bearing in the casing, and an oil passage configured to provide communication from the opening portion to at least the bearing.
WORK EQUIPMENT FOR MOTOR GRADER
The work equipment for the motor grader includes: a drawbar having a drawbar plate; a bearing having an outer ring and inner ring, the outer ring being fixed to a lower surface of the drawbar plate and the inner ring, disposed inside the outer ring ring; a circle having a circle plate that is fixed to a lower end of the inner ring over the peripheral direction; a blade supported by the circle; a peripheral-direction pipe extending in the peripheral direction of the outer ring along a peripheral surface of the outer ring and connected to an end portion of an outer peripheral side of the plurality of lubricant supply holes; and the lubricant inlet port connected to the peripheral-direction pipe and capable of introducing a lubricant oil from an outside.
Agricultural Machine
An agricultural machine, comprising is disclosed, wherein the machine comprises a body frame; a cutting system mounted on the body frame; a drive system mounted on the body frame; a power unit, mounted on the body frame, adapted to provide power to the drive system and/or the cutting system; and a fluid distribution system adapted to provide fluid to the power unit. The fluid distribution system further comprises a dock and a replaceable fluid container adapted to contain fluid to be supplied to the power unit the dock being adapted to retain the replaceable fluid container in fluid communication with the fluid distribution system so as to supply fluid from the replaceable fluid container via the fluid distribution system to the power unit.
