INTERCHANGEABLE CONTROL MODULE FOR FIXED AND PORTABLE LUBRICANT DISPENSING DEVICES

A system for maintaining the operating condition of a machine is provided. The system includes a dispensing device having: an interchangeable control module, the interchangeable control module including control hardware that provides a central processing unit, a data storage memory, and communication modules. The dispensing device is configured to dispense lubricant in order to maintain the operating condition of the machine. The interchangeable control module is configured to interchangeably control and interchangeably reside in either a fixed or a portable dispensing device. The interchangeable control module communicates to an external or internal intermediary computing device. The interchangeable control module includes interface hardware for facilitating with at least one condition monitoring sensors, and based on measurements received from the at least one condition monitoring sensor, the interchangeable control module determines the amount or type of lubricant required, and creates a maintenance action to be completed.

Valve Control and/or Lubrication System

A system for operating and/or lubricating a plurality of valves which are mounted on a number of Christmas trees and which each include a hydraulic actuator which is operated by hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic pressure source and a lubricant inlet which is connected to an interior portion of the valve that is configured to receive a lubricant from a lubricant source. The system includes a plurality of control units, each of which is associated with a respective valve and each of which has at least one of a hydraulic pressure line which is connectable to the hydraulic pressure source and a lubricant line which is connectable to the lubricant source. Each control unit further includes at least one of a hydraulic port and a lubricant port, and the system further includes at least one of a hydraulic conduit which is connected between the hydraulic port and the hydraulic actuator and a lubricant conduit which is connected between the lubricant port and the lubricant inlet. Each control unit also includes at least one of a hydraulic activator for selectively connecting the hydraulic pressure line to the hydraulic port and a lubricant activator for selectively connecting the lubricant line to the lubricant port. Each control unit is operable to selectively connect the hydraulic pressure source to the hydraulic actuator to thereby operate the valve and/or to selectively connect the lubricant source to the lubricant inlet to thereby communicate lubricant into the interior portion of the valve.

A greasing system may use a programmable logic controller. The programmable logic controller, grease pumps, and power system control grease flow into two or more fracked valves on a well are maintained outside of the red zone of the well. The programmable logic controller includes a display that is adaptable to include information related to individual frak valves such as the associated well, the type of valve greasing utilized such as pressure based greasing or stage based greasing and also may include upper and lower limits on pressure and/or amount of grease utilized.

Remote well servicing systems and methods

Embodiments of the present disclosure include a remote well servicing system including a control unit and a remote servicing manifold. The control unit further includes a service fluid source and a control system. The remote servicing manifold further includes a fluid input line coupled to the service fluid source, a fluid output line couplable to a well component, and a valve coupled to the fluid input line and the fluid output line, wherein the valve, when actuated, places the fluid input line in fluid communication with the fluid output line and permits delivery of a service fluid from the service fluid source to the well component. The remote servicing manifold also includes a control line coupling the valve and the control system wherein the control system controls actuation of the valve via the control line.

VEHICLE COOLING SYSTEM

A vehicle cooling system comprises an oil circulation circuit in which a cooling oil is circulated by an electric oil pump to cool a predetermined cooling target with the cooling oil; an oil temperature sensor detecting an oil temperature that is a temperature of the cooling oil; and a control device including a cooling control portion outputting a rotation command for operating the electric oil pump so as to cool the cooling target. The control device includes a pump abnormality determination portion outputting the rotation command to the electric oil pump to determine a presence/absence of abnormality based on a rotation state of the electric oil pump when an operation stop time of the vehicle is longer than a predefined determination permission time and an oil temperature detection value detected by the oil temperature sensor is higher than a predefined determination permission temperature.

SYSTEM FOR LUBRICATING CABLES OR THE LIKE
