VAPOR SHIELD REPLACEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A multi-shield plate includes a plate having a substantially flat upper surface and a substantially flat lower surface, a plurality of first windows formed in the plate and extending through the plate from the upper surface to the lower surface, and a plurality of vapor shields mounted to the plate, each vapor shield of the plurality of vapor shields configured to prevent passage of a vapor through a corresponding window of the plurality of windows. The multi-shield plate includes an aperture formed in the plate, the aperture aligned with a first window of the plurality of windows along an axis corresponding to the upper surface.
Ventilation unit and controller device
A ventilation unit and controller device comprises a ventilation unit with a housing. The housing has an intake port permitting flow of gas into the housing and an exhaust port permitting flow of gas out of the housing. Within the housing, a motorized fan is positioned to direct gas into the housing via the intake port and out of the housing via the exhaust port. A controller capable of controlling the ventilation unit communicates with a sensor capable of detecting an environmental stimulus. A source of electric current provides power to the ventilation unit and controller device. The device further comprises a switch capable of interrupting the electric current that powers the device. The device is capable of being removably attached via fasteners to an arc flash hood, and the arc flash hood comprises a ventilation opening to permit gas discharged by the device to enter the arc flash hood.
Ventilation unit and controller device
A ventilation unit and controller device comprises a ventilation unit with a housing. The housing has an intake port permitting flow of gas into the housing and an exhaust port permitting flow of gas out of the housing. Within the housing, a motorized fan is positioned to direct gas into the housing via the intake port and out of the housing via the exhaust port. A controller capable of controlling the ventilation unit communicates with a sensor capable of detecting an environmental stimulus. A source of electric current provides power to the ventilation unit and controller device. The device further comprises a switch capable of interrupting the electric current that powers the device. The device is capable of being removably attached via fasteners to an arc flash hood, and the arc flash hood comprises a ventilation opening to permit gas discharged by the device to enter the arc flash hood.
Welding gun stabilizer
The present disclosure provides a stabilizer for a welding gun, wherein said stabilizer may comprise a plurality of sections hinged together to allow rotation with respect to each other and in connection with a user's hand. The stabilizer may comprise a holder designed to accept the end of a welding gun and a positioning device at one end to minimize movement of the welding gun. The stabilizer attaches to the user's hand and allows precise and repeatable welding movements. The stabilizer also allows a user to push fingers slightly, instead of constantly gripping the trigger.

Welding protector with magnifying cover
A welding protector (1) has a curved eye protection shield (10) with an electrically switchable light filter. The welding protector further has a magnifying cover (20) for arrangement on an eye facing inner side of the eye protection shield. The magnifying cover is pre-shaped based on a curve that extends equidistant to the curve the eye protection shield is based on. Further, the magnifying cover has two optical lenses (27) which in combination only partially cover the eye protection shield.

ROBOT CELL
The invention relates to a robot cell comprising a protective casing, which surrounds a robot, and at least one station, which is served by the robot. A door assembly is provided on the protective casing in order to, in an open position, provide access to an access opening through which the station from the outside of the protective casing can be served by an operator, and in order to, in a closed position, close the access opening. The door assembly comprises a door leaf, which from the closed position of the door assembly is movable aside along an arcuate path and into the protective casing, in which the door leaf in the open position of the door assembly closes a passageway within the protective casing between the robot and the station, wherein the arcuate path follows a circular arc around a vertical geometric axis (A) through a central portion of the station.
ROBOT CELL
The invention relates to a robot cell comprising a protective casing, which surrounds a robot, and at least one station, which is served by the robot. A door assembly is provided on the protective casing in order to, in an open position, provide access to an access opening through which the station from the outside of the protective casing can be served by an operator, and in order to, in a closed position, close the access opening. The door assembly comprises a door leaf, which from the closed position of the door assembly is movable aside along an arcuate path and into the protective casing, in which the door leaf in the open position of the door assembly closes a passageway within the protective casing between the robot and the station, wherein the arcuate path follows a circular arc around a vertical geometric axis (A) through a central portion of the station.
Protection system for laser cutting machine
A laser cutting tool with protective enclosure assembly for manipulating a workpiece on a movable platen includes a frame, a top protection assembly, a middle protection shield, a bottom protection assembly and a laser torch head. The top protection assembly, middle protection assembly, and bottom protection assembly are removably mounted to the frame such that they form a cavity enclosing only substantially the laser torch head.
