A gas supply device for a manufacturing device includes an inert gas supply source that supplies inert gas, a supply line connected to the inert gas supply source, a nitrogen removal portion that is provided on the supply line and that removes at least a portion of nitrogen in the inert gas, and an oxygen removal portion that is provided on the supply line and that removes at least a portion of oxygen in the inert gas.
HEAT CIRCULATION HYDROGEN STORING METHOD USING SOLID STATE HYDROGEN STORAGE MATERIAL
Disclosed is a hydrogen storing method having improved energy efficiency by efficiently reusing heat through a heat circulation structure. Specifically, the hydrogen storing method includes supplying hydrogen by the supply device, compressing hydrogen received from the supply device by a compression device, receiving the hydrogen compressed by the compression device and storing the same in a storage device, and transferring heat generated from the storage device to the compression device, wherein the compression device and the storage device each include solid state hydrogen storage materials that cause an exothermic reaction when hydrogen is stored and an endothermic reaction when hydrogen is released.
Distribution of a dielectric gaseous mixture to a high-voltage apparatus
A method of distributing an electrically insulating liquefied gas mixture to high-voltage electrical equipment from a storage means containing an insulating gas mixture, including: heating the insulating gas mixture to a temperature such that the contents of the storage means are a homogeneous fluid; and withdrawing the insulating mixture resulting from step a) to fill high-voltage electrical equipment by raising the temperature of the mixture resulting from step a), wherein, during step b), a set value for regulation is applied at variable pressure, calculated in real time based on weighing the storage means, when the change in the set value of pressure is less than 0.2 bar per 1 kg/m.sup.3 of change in density, and then a set value for regulation is applied at constant temperature until the storage means is emptied of its content.
METHOD FOR PROVIDING PRESSURIZED GAS TO CONSUMERS AND CORRESPONDING COMPRESSOR ARRANGEMENT AT VARIABLE SUCTION CONDITIONS
The invention relates to a method for providing pressurized gas from a source of liquefied gas to a consumer (8), wherein vaporized gas is supplied from the source of liquefied gas (1) through a main input line (2) to a compressor arrangement (300) for pressurizing the vaporized gas, the compressor arrangement (300) comprising a plurality of compressor modules (3, 5, 31, 51), each compressor module being able to operate independently from any other compressor module of the compressor arrangement (300), one or more of the compressor modules (5, 51) of the compressor arrangement (300) can be bypassed, and wherein gas is conducted through only a part or all of the compressor modules depending on at least one of pressure level, temperature level, mass flow and composition of the gas to be provided to the consumer (8).
