Hydrogen refueling system
The present invention is to provide a hydrogen refueling system capable to cool down the H2 pre-cooling heat exchanger fast enough when a FCV enters the HRS, so that there is no or very minimal waiting time for the customer before starting refueling. A hydrogen refueling system including a cryogenic fluid tank that stores a cryogenic fluid, a dispenser that supplies H2 to a vehicle, including a heat exchanger that cools H2 with the cold and/or cryogenic fluid provided from the cryogenic fluid tank, an inlet line that sends the cold and/or cryogenic fluid to the heat exchanger from the cryogenic fluid tank, an outlet line that collects the cryogenic fluid fed from the heat exchanger, and an injection valve that is provided in the inlet line.
High pressure tank apparatus and method of controlling same
A high pressure tank of a high pressure tank apparatus includes: a resin-made liner; a reinforced layer; a supplying/discharging hole to which a supplying/discharging flow path is connected via a connecting section; and a supplying/discharging-side lead-out hole that leads out a fluid interposing between the liner and the reinforced layer. A leaked fluid storage section is capable of storing a leaked fluid that has leaked from the connecting section. A supplying/discharging-side discharge flow path is provided independently from the leaked fluid storage section, and, when an opening/closing valve opens, discharges to the air a temporary release fluid that has been led out via the supplying/discharging-side lead-out hole. A control section, when it has judged, based on a detection result of a detecting unit, that there is a condition enabling the temporary release fluid to be discharged, opens the opening/closing valve.
FLUID CHARGING SYSTEM AND NOZZLE DEVICE
A fluid charging system includes: a charging nozzle to supply a charging fluid; a receptacle provided in a subject and connected to the charging nozzle; a cover member to surround the charging nozzle and the receptacle; and a fluid supply unit to supply an interior of the cover member with an anti-freezing fluid for inhibiting freezing between the charging nozzle and the receptacle, thereby obtaining an advantageous effect of preventing freezing of the receptacle and improving safety and reliability.
Automated operation of wellsite equipment
Systems and method for controlling wellsite equipment, including pumps and a manifold having a low-pressure (LP) manifold, having LP ports with LP valves, and a high-pressure (HP) manifold, having HP ports with HP valves and bleed ports with bleed valves. The pumps are fluidly coupled with the LP manifold via LP conduits and with the HP manifold via HP conduits. Communication is established between a controller and the LP valves, the HP valves, the bleed valves, the pumps, and sensors for monitoring pressure within the HP conduits. The controller is operable to, with respect to each pump, cause the LP valve to transition to a closed position, cause the HP and/or bleed valve to transition to an open position, and determine that the HP conduit is not pressurized based on the information generated by the sensors.
AUTOMATIC ALIGNMENT METHOD OF HIGH-PRESSURE GAS CONTAINER
Disclosed is an automatic alignment method of a high-pressure gas container in which a high-pressure gas container is loaded on a lift of a cabinet so as to supply a gas from a fabrication (FAB) process facility of a semiconductor to a wafer production line, and then, the high-pressure gas container loaded on the lift is raised, and an end cap of the high-pressure gas container and the center of a connector holder of a gas pipe are automatically aligned.
METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY REPLACING HIGH-PRESSURE GAS BARRELS
Disclosed is a method for automatically replacing high-pressure gas barrels, in which when loading a high-pressure gas barrel is loaded on the lift of a cabinet so as to supply gas to the wafer production line in the semiconductor fabrication FAB process facility, at the time point of replacement of the high-pressure gas barrel, a used high-pressure gas barrel is separated from a connector holder and then a new high-pressure gas barrel is connected to the connector holder.
FILLING APPARATUS
A filling apparatus capable of using a single hydrogen storage container for as long as possible during hydrogen filling and maintaining opening degree of a flow rate adjusting valve within a predetermined range. A filling apparatus (100) according to the present invention includes a plurality of hydrogen storage containers (20: for example, hydrogen cylinders or hydrogen storage tanks), a pipe (1) that connects a filling hose (8) and the hydrogen storage containers (20), a flow rate adjusting valve (3: flow control valve) interposed in the pipe (1), and a control unit (10), and the control unit (10) has functions of adjusting a threshold value for switching the hydrogen storage container (20) communicating with the filling hose (8) to another hydrogen storage container (20) and adjusting valve opening of the flow rate adjusting valve (3).
Liquefied gas-based rapid cooling possibility determination device, liquefied gas storage tank, liquefied gas carrying vessel, and liquefied gas-based rapid cooling possibility determination method
The present invention provides a control device that includes a first temperature detection unit that detects a partition wall temperature of a tank main body in which liquefied gas is contained, and a second temperature detection unit that detects a temperature of a skirt that supports the tank main body. The control device further includes a temperature difference acquisition unit that acquires a temperature difference between the partition wall temperature detected by the first temperature detection unit and the temperature of the skirt which is detected by the second temperature detection unit, and a determination unit that determines whether or not a joint between the tank main body and the skirt is rapidly cooled by the liquefied gas on the basis of the partition wall temperature and the temperature difference.
UNIVERSAL HYDROGEN FILLING PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR BACK-TO-BACK FILLING PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND CAPACITY-SPECIFIC FILLING PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
A system for evaluating filling performance of hydrogen storages having various capacities uses a plurality of nozzles, a plurality of receptacles, and a plurality of hydrogen storages, and includes discharging hydrogen filled in one hydrogen storage while filling another hydrogen storage with hydrogen. Evaluation of filling performance may be performed in a back-to-back manner such that hydrogen is introduced into one of the plurality of hydrogen storages and discharged from another of the hydrogen storages. The plurality of hydrogen storages have various capacities, and introduction of hydrogen into the plurality of hydrogen storages is controlled according to a combination of hydrogen storages that corresponds to an evaluation target capacity, such that filling performance evaluation for various capacities is possible.
HYDROGEN FUELING STATION PRIORITY PANEL WITH OPTIMAL STORAGE BANK SELECTION
A flow control panel is configured to control a flow of fuel from a storage bank to a dispenser. The flow control panel includes input and output flow controllers, and input and output ports, each output port coupled to a respective dispenser port. Each output flow controller is coupled to a respective input port and a respective output port, and is configured to enable the flow of fuel from the input port and the output port. A processor is configured to control the input flow controllers and the output flow controllers. The processor is coupled to a memory storing instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to: receive a desired fuel pressure value from a dispenser; receive indications of fuel pressures within each of the storage banks; select a desired storage bank having the lowest fuel pressure among the storage banks that have fuel pressures greater than the desired fuel pressure; and activate a desired input port and a desired output port to enable fluid flow from the desired storage bank to the dispenser.
