Method and tool for producing a pressure container and pressure container

A pressure vessel having an inner container made of thermoplastic plastic, and at least one metal part embedded in the inner container. A collar that includes the metal part is formed on the inner container, the collar being configured such that it is gas-tight with respect to the metal part.

SEALED AND THERMALLY INSULATED TANK FITTED WITH A THROUGH-ELEMENT

The invention relates to a sealed and thermally insulating tank wherein the distance between two adjacent corrugations of the corrugated metal sheets of the sealing membrane is equal to a predetermined corrugation interval io, the sealing membrane comprising, around a through-element:

two notched rectangular metal plates 3io wide in the first direction and 7io long in the second direction, which are symmetrical to one another, each notched rectangular metal plate having three outer edges disposed in line with a plurality of anchor plates and welded onto the first plurality of anchor plates and an inner edge having a notch formed to avoid cutting a square window through which the through-element passes,
and two metal retrofit plates disposed between the non-notched portions of the inner edges of the two notched rectangular metal plates.

A high-pressure gas tank includes a seal member that covers an opening recess from a surface of a liner on an outer side of an inner circumferential wall of a mouthpiece placing portion to a surface of a mouthpiece flange on a center side of a flange outer peripheral edge. The flange outer peripheral edge and the inner circumferential wall of the mouthpiece placing portion satisfy Dt>(Sm/Xgs).Math.100. Dt denotes a width of an opening of the opening recess and is defined as a distance between a flange outer peripheral edge-side end and an inner circumferential wall-side end of an opening of the opening recess. Sm denotes a maximum tolerance of a relative positional misalignment between the inner circumferential wall of the mouthpiece placing portion and an outer circumferential end of the flange outer peripheral edge. Xgs [%] denotes a breaking elongation of the seal member.

Cryogenic tank

A cryogenic tank includes a vapor barrier which is provided to abut an inner wall surface of a concrete wall and in which a plurality of panels are welded, and a pressing part which presses the panel toward the inner wall surface of the concrete wall when the panel are welded.

Gas tank container

A gas tank container having increased volume is disclosed. The gas tank container for storing and/or transporting gas and/or liquid, includes a tank vessel, a frame and at least one outlet valve. The end of the outlet valve is attached to a tank flange, which is sunk in a recess at the end of the tank vessel. By recessing at least one outlet valve of the gas tank container, the length of the tank vessel can be optimized within the frame.

STORAGE AND/OR TRANSPORT CONTAINER FOR A CRYOGENIC LIQUEFIED GAS AND METHOD FOR STORING AND/OR FOR TRANSPORTING A CRYOGENIC LIQUEFIED GAS
20240418321 · 2024-12-19 ·

A storage and/or transport container for a cryogenic liquefied gas, the container having a double wall which is formed by an outer container and an inner container, the outer container surrounding the inner container, and the outer container having a cylindrical jacket-like metal wall region which, at mutually opposite ends, i.e., at a first end and a second end, transitions into domed metal wall regions, the wall thickness of the cylindrical jacket-like metal wall region increasing in the direction of the first and second end starting from a central portion which lies centrally between the first and second end. In the central portion, a reinforcement layer is fastened to the cylindrical jacket-like metal wall region and has a fiber-reinforced plastic. The invention also relates to a method for storing and/or for transporting a cryogenic liquefied gas, in which a storage and/or transport container is used.

Processing apparatus, corrugated plate, and storage container

Disclosed are a processing apparatus, a corrugated plate, and a storage container. The processing apparatus includes a pair of slide plates, a pair of press plates, a shaping block, and a driving mechanism. The driving mechanism includes a slide plate driving portion linked to a shaping block driving portion, allowing the slide plate driving portion drives the pair of slide plates to approach each other at a first predetermined speed, the shaping block driving portion moves the shaping block downward at a second predetermined speed, and the first and second predetermined speed are specifically correlated with respect to a predetermined forming profile of an intersection portion. The processing apparatus of the present disclosure causes running speeds of various portions that move in different directions to extrude a blank plate to be specifically associated, so that the formation process is particularly applicable to a corrugated plate having the predetermined corrugated shape.

MULTILAYER STRUCTURE WITH AN IMPROVED HYDROGEN BARRIER

The present invention relates to a multilayer structure for storing or transporting a gas comprising hydrogen, wherein the multilayer structure comprises at least three layers comprising an inner layer comprising at least one first polymer, a middle layer comprising ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, and an outer layer comprising at least one second polymer, and wherein the water-vapour transmission rate of the inner layer is lower than that of the outer layer. The multilayer structure has excellent hydrogen gas barrier properties. Therefore, the multilayer structure is suitable for a hydrogen storage vessel and a hydrogen transportation pipe.
