Storage tank for cryogenic liquid
A storage tank for cryogenic liquid includes an outer tank constructed of a rigid material and an inner tank contained within and spaced inwardly from the outer tank. A supply line supplies cryogenic liquid to a plurality of cryogenic freezers. A fill line having a diameter greater than the supply line allows the storage tank to be filled at a greater speed relative to filling through the supply line and allows the storage tank to be filled while supply cryogenic liquid to the cryogenic freezers. A level sensor processes an impedance to calculate a level of the inner tank and a reporting unit displays the level and may report the level to a remote server.
PRESSURIZED-FLUID CONTAINER WITH A PRESSURE INDICATOR DEVICE
A pressurized fluid container having a pressure indicator device, the device having-a piston sensitive to the prevailing pressure in the pressurized fluid container, the piston moving, depending on the value of the pressure in the pressurized fluid container, between at least a retracted position and a deployed position; an indicator component configured to cooperate with the piston, the indicator component moving, depending on the position of the piston, between at least a first position representing a first pressure value and a second position representing a second pressure value.
GAS CONTAINER EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRONIC MEASUREMENT DEVICE
The invention relates to a gas container having a gas distribution valve and an electronic measurement device arranged on the gas distribution valve. The electronic measurement device having an electronic display screen which is electrically connected, via an electrical connecting connector, to a circuit board having at least one microprocessor. The electrical connecting connector having a connector body in the shape of an elongate bar through which a plurality of electrically conductive elements passes extending between two opposite faces of the connector body. The electrically conductive elements are separated from one another by regions made of insulating material.
Liquid methane storage system and method
Systems and methods for controlling the temperature and pressure of a cryogenic liquid methane storage unit are provided. The disclosed systems and methods generate methane gas from a reservoir of liquid methane stored within the methane storage unit, vent the methane gas through one or more outlet valves connected to the methane storage unit, and generate electric power using the vented methane gas. The generated electric power can then be used to initiating a cooling cycle, which reduces the temperature of said reservoir of liquid methane and reduces the pressure in said methane storage unit. Micro anaerobic digesters and methane storage units may be configured in a networked environment with a central controller that monitors remote units.
PRESSURIZED GAS CONTAINER WITH AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATING THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE GAS
The invention relates to a pressurized gas container, in particular a gas cylinder, having an internal volume for gas storage, a fluid-distributing valve, a pressure sensor and microprocessor-based control means. The microprocessor-based control means are configured to detect filling of the gas container with gas, by comparing said at least one pressure value measured by the pressure sensor with at least one predefined and stored reference pressure threshold value; then to initiate a timer on the basis of a detection of filling of the gas container with gas; and to trigger a warning when the timer exceeds a given period calculated from the initiation of the timer.
