Light source carrier
A glow stick carrier comprising one or more openable containers for carrying at least one substance, and one or more attachments of the container to a glow stick.
ILLUMINATED ROPE AS AN AIRCRAFT EMERGENCY EGRESS AID
In some implementations, in an emergency in the vehicle, an emergency evacuation path is illuminated using the light emitted from the emergency evacuation rope where at least a portion of the emergency evacuation path extends to a location outside the vehicle. Egress of occupants along the emergency evacuation path is enabled using an emergency evacuation rope.
LAMP-INTEGRATED GRILLE LIGHTING SYSTEM AND VEHICLE THEREOF
A grille lighting system includes a light emitting lamp that includes one or more walls defining an inner space isolated from outside, a light emitting material disposed in the inner space and configured to emit light when the light emitting material contacts air, and a shutter disposed on the one or more walls, wherein the shutter is configured to be opened to allow introduction of outside air to the inner space from outside and further configured to be closed to block introduction of outside air to the inner space. The system further includes a controller configured to control operation of the shutter and cause the shutter to be opened and closed such that when the shutter is opened, the outside air is introduced to contact the light emitting material, which causes the light emitting material to emit light.

Light member on a package to provide information to a user
Packages that include at least one medicament therein include at least one light member affixed thereto that is capable of emitting light upon activation. The light member is activated upon the opening of the package such that, upon opening, the light member fluoresces or otherwise emits light to provide information to an end user. In some embodiments, the light generated by the light member allows the end user to locate the package in dark conditions. In other embodiments, the light generated by the light member may be configured to emit only for a time period equal to a viability time period of the medicament within the package or to change color at a time period equal to the viability time period of the medicament within the package to alert an end user that the medicament is no longer useable.
Projectile payload for training ammunition with multi-spectral output
A chemiluminescent projectile having multi-spectral output, including daytime viewable, nighttime viewable and thermal outputs. The chemiluminescent projectile has a payload that permits the visualization of the fired projectile using a variety of detecting methods including human vision, night vision equipment/infrared devices, and thermal detecting devices during day and night conditions. The chemiluminescent projectile comprises a body having reagents that produce both chemiluminescent and exothermic reactions that generate light and heat sufficient to act as a visual and thermal marker.
Hydrophilic high quantum yield acridinium esters with improved stability and fast light emission
Hydrophilic, high quantum yield, chemiluminescent acridinium compounds with increased light output, improved stability, fast light emission and decreased non specific binding are disclosed. The chemiluminescent acridinium esters possess hydrophilic, branched, electron-donating functional groups at the C2 and/or C7 positions of the acridinium nucleus.

Biodegradable light wand
A biodegradable light wand is provided, the light wand including: a light transmitting tube comprising a natural hydrocolloid, the tube having a sidewall, a second port and a first port, to define a bore; a first bioluminescence tablet which comprises a light producing enzyme and a second bioluminescence tablet which comprises a bioluminescence-generating molecule, both housed in the bore; a bio-plug in the first port, the bio-plug sized to seal the first port, the bio-plug comprising a beeswax, charcoal, sometimes fungal spores, and a substrate; and a cap, the cap sized to seal the second port, the cap is configured in the second port. Together these components form a biodegradable, non-toxic alternative to plastic chemiluminescent glow sticks.
