Traversable lighting apparatus for illuminating a viewing surface
An attachable lighting apparatus is presented for readily repositioning said lighting apparatus as attached to a viewing surface without detachment. The apparatus comprises a light housing section that adjusts to face a top surface of a viewing object, a side section attached to the light housing section that faces a side surface of the viewing object, a bottom section attached to the side section that faces a bottom surface of the viewing object, and a first roller device positioned about a mounting element, a portion of said first roller device protruding through an aperture within the light housing section, wherein a switch is triggered to activate one or more lighting elements of the light housing section when the light housing section faces the top surface of the viewing object.
Power and controller box for lighting apparatus
A control and battery box for a decorative light apparatus having a housing, a top cover and a battery compartment. Hinges with expanding pins are provided on one edge of the control and battery box and latches on the other. Each expanding pin includes a pair of prongs with a gap therebetween. The pair of prongs are compressed to enter to an aperture in a part of another hinge then be retained therein between shoulders.

Task-area light
A light assembly includes a base, and a first light source supported by the base. The first light source includes a first light emitting diode configured to emit light in a first direction from the base. The light assembly additionally includes a second light source supported by the base, the second light source including a plurality of second light emitting diodes configured to emit light in a second direction from the base. The second light source is obliquely oriented relative to the base. The light assembly additionally includes a diffuser supported by the base, the diffuser extending upwardly from the base to enclose the first light source. The diffuser diffuses light emitted from the first light source to the surrounding area in an upward and outward direction.

HAND-MOUNTED ILLUMINATION METHOD, SYSTEM, AND DEVICES
A compact precision illumination source mounts on a finger of a user for providing localized illumination for precision tasks such as surgical procedures and other tasks performed in dark or confined spaces. A frame having a circular or arcuate shape engages the finger, and secures an enclosure having a small but powerful bright, light focused on a predetermined region defined by the end of the digit that is likely the activity region for an instrument grasped by the digit. The frame engages a charge module for aligning external conductors for recharging a power supply in the illumination source.
Portable elevated lighting system
Improvements a portable elevated lighting system that uses LED lighting elements for illumination. The LED lights are selected based upon the light transmission angle so the fewest number of lighting elements are needed to provide an even flood or focus of light from the system. A reflector works as a heat sink to remove heat from the LED lights and extend the operation life of the LED's. Thermal paste and or a thermal pad is used between the LED lighting element and the frame to conduct sufficient heat away from the LED element. Two versions are shown as a stadium light and as a circular flood light that provides lighting without shadows or bright areas. The system can be operated from a generator or solar for charging batteries so the lighting can operate self-contained without producing noise.
