PLASTICIZED FLEXIBLE PYROTECHNIC MATERIAL AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
The present disclosure describes a unique plasticized pyrotechnic material which can be easily portioned and formed or molded into a desired shape and which burns at a high temperature (>2000° C.) but does not detonate. The plasticized pyrotechnic material may preferably include a combination of about 70-99% by weight of a pyrotechnic composition and about 1-30% by weight of a plasticizer composition comprising various low to mid molecular weight polyisobutylenes. The pyrotechnic material comprises inorganic oxidizers (e.g. metal oxides, oxohalide salts, nitrates, nitrites, chlorates/perchlorates) and metal or metal oxides powders mixed intimately. The plasticizer may include a small amount of a fluoropolymer, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and may also include up to 1-2% by weight of a processed oil, such as a mineral oil or motor oil. Some embodiments may also include a biocide precursor molecule.

Polymers of polyoxometalates and hydroxy-terminated monomer units and uses in degrading noxious agents
This disclosure relates to polymers and polymer compositions having monomer units of polyoxometalates and monomer units comprising hydroxy-terminated molecules such as branched molecules or dendrimers and uses in degradation, decontamination, and deodorization. In certain embodiments, the hydroxy-terminated branched molecules or dendrimers comprise terminal 1,1-tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl or 1,1,1-tris(hydroxyalkyl)methyl groups. In certain embodiments, the hydroxy-terminated molecule is N,N′,N″-tris[tris(hydroxymethyl) methyl]-1,3,5-benzenetricarboxamide.

CONTROLLED MEDICATION DENATURING COMPOSITION AND METHOD
In one aspect, a composition for decomposing pharmaceutically active agents comprises an oxidizer comprising a permanganate, and an isocyanurate; and an immobilizer. In another aspect, a composition comprises up to 50 wt. % of an oxidizer comprising potassium permanganate and sodium dichloroisocyanurate dehydrate, wherein the wt. % is based on a total weight of the composition.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PROCESSING OBJECT
Provided is a processing method for an object, including the steps of: arranging an object in a first portion that is a portion having a space and configured to process the object; and decomposing an organic substance in the object by covering the object with catalysts formed of granules made of a metal oxide containing titanium and bringing the catalysts into contact with the organic substance, and simultaneously maintaining the catalysts in the first portion at a temperature of 480° C. or more and 550° C. or less. The step of decomposing the organic substance in the object includes causing gas containing oxygen to flow into the first portion so that a decomposition reaction of the organic substance occurs, and the catalysts are slightly moved in at least a part of a surface of the object.
