The invention relates to a motor vehicle headlamp (8) comprising a vehicle headlamp housing (9), an at least sectionally transparent cover pane (10) that closes the vehicle headlamp housing (9), a light source (11) that is accommodated in the vehicle headlamp housing (9) and serves for radiating light through the cover pane (10), and at least one motor vehicle design element (3) that is accommodated in the vehicle headlamp housing (9), wherein the at least one motor vehicle design element (3) comprises a dimensionally stable substrate (1) with at least one coated side.
HEADLAMP HEATER
Examples of the present disclosure relate to a headlamp heater for a headlamp assembly. In examples, a headlamp assembly comprises a heating element, which directs radiation toward a lens of the headlamp assembly in order to prevent or remove condensation/precipitation on the lens. In examples, the heating element is an infrared heating element, and the wavelength of radiation emitted by the heating element is selected to be a wavelength that excites water. In some examples, the heating element is angled toward the lens and/or has multiple angled surfaces, thereby altering the radiation pattern that is directed toward the lens such that it better matches the beam pattern of a light source in the headlamp assembly.
Lighting device and method for joining a lighting device
A lighting device for a vehicle, comprising a housing, an illuminant arranged in the housing and comprising a light panel for the passage of light generable by the illuminant, wherein a frame is provided, which is molded onto the light panel at least on the edge side in an at least sectionally circumferential fashion using a plastic injection molding process, and wherein the frame is joined to a connection portion of the housing by means of a plastic welded seam. The invention further relates to a method for producing a lighting device.

A multi-faceted reflective hidden lighting lamp applied to a vehicle may block a portion of external light and repeatedly reflect internal light in two or more steps with a reflective surface on one side surface of a light reflective portion having a triangular sawtooth shape formed on a lens in a direction facing a light source and a transmissive surface on the other side surface thereof in an internal space of the lamp, and form a reflective layer on the reflective surface in painting/deposition/plating processes, a laser perforation process, a masking process, and a film insert process to reduce a color conversion material for the same color conversion effect and increase the utilization of an overlap skin portion of the lens, increasing the light blocking ability for a region other than the region required by regulations in addition to increasing the transmissive/light-receiving ability for the region required by regulations.

A puddle lamp for a vehicle includes a light source unit including a plurality of light sources installed on a substrate to allow formation of a plurality of images on ground; a light condensing unit including a plurality of condensing lenses for condensing light generated from the plurality of light sources; an imaging unit for transmitting the light from the light condensing unit to form at least one of the plurality of images; and a holder disposed between the light source unit and the light condensing unit to fix positions of the light source unit and the light condensing unit. The holder includes a partition wall unit to allow the light generated from each of the plurality of light sources to be separated from one another and to proceed to the imaging unit.

A composite vehicle lamp includes: a lamp unit; and a lamp housing configured to house a plurality of the lamp units. Each of the plurality of the lamp units has: a light source; and an optical system configured to emit light from the light source in a desired light distribution. The plurality of the lamp units includes: one light-guide-type lamp unit having a light guide; and another light-guide-type lamp unit having another light guide whose form is different from that of the one light-guide-type lamp unit. The one light-guide-type lamp unit and the another light-guide-type lamp unit are turned on as lamps having the same function.

A vehicular lamp (1) includes a lamp unit (20), the lamp unit (20) including a light source (41) and a reflection device (50) serving as a light distribution pattern formation unit, wherein the light distribution pattern formation unit is irradiated with light (L) emitted from the light source (41) and emits light (LF) and is further capable of changing a light distribution pattern of the light (LF) to be emitted, and the lamp unit (20) adjusts an emission direction of the light (LF) to be emitted from the lamp unit (20) according to a change in the light distribution pattern of the light (LF) to be emitted from the reflection device (50).
