Lighting device with multiple-region reflector
Lighting devices that comprise a light source and a reflector, the reflector comprising first, second and third reflector regions. In some devices, a first portion of light is reflected by the first region and then by the third reflector region, a second portion of light is reflected by the second region and forms a primary beam, and at least 5% of the first portion of light that is reflected by the third region is within the primary beam of light. In some devices, at least 5% of all light reflected by the first reflector region travels from the first reflector region directly to the third reflector region. In some devices, at least 5% of all light reflected by the third reflector region traveled directly from the first reflector region to the third reflector region. In some devices, the reflector comprises means for providing the features described above.
Lamp
The invention relates to a lamp (1) comprising a lamp housing (2), a light source (3) disposed in the lamp housing (2), a reflection device (4) associated with the light source (3) for deflection of light emitted by the light source (3) in the direction of a light outlet opening (5) of the lamp housing (2), and a cooling device (6) associated with the light source (3) and/or with the lamp housing (2). In particular an inner side (7) of the lamp housing (2) is formed at least in some locations as the reflection device (4) and/or the cooling device (6) is formed in one piece with the lamp housing (2).
LINEAR LED MODULE AND BACKLIGHT UNIT INCLUDING THE SAME
The present disclosure discloses a linear LED module including: at least one LED bar including multiple LEDs arrayed on a substrate in a lengthwise direction of the substrate; a mounting portion in which the at least one LED bar is mounted on its mounting surface in the lengthwise direction; and a composite reflective portion integrated with the mounting portion and adapted to reflect light emitted from the at least one LED bar. A cross-section of the composite reflective portion includes a curved reflective surface adjacent to the mounting portion and a straight reflective surface extending away from a boundary with the mounting portion. Also disclosed is a backlight unit including the linear LED module. The backlight unit includes a rear case arranged in rear of a display panel, a reflective sheet positioned in rear of the display panel in the rear case, and a linear LED module.
LUMINAIRE WITH HOLLOW OPTICAL SYSTEMS
A luminaire includes multiple light-emitting elements (LEEs); a base supporting the LEEs; and a first wall and a second wall each extending along a first direction from a respective first end facing the LEEs to a respective second end. The first and second walls have light-reflective surfaces facing each other. In one or more cross-sectional planes parallel to the first direction, the light-reflective surfaces of the first and second walls have first portions that curve in opposite directions, second portions that are parallel, and third portions that curve in like directions. The first portions are arranged facing the LEEs to provide an input aperture that receives light from the LEEs. The third portions are arranged to provide an exit aperture that outputs output light into an ambient environment. The first and second walls are configured to propagate light from the input aperture to the exit aperture.
Systems and Methods for Lighted Showering
A showerhead includes a plurality of water outlets for providing a flow of water. The showerhead includes one or more lighting elements and a light driver communicably coupled to the one or more lighting elements. The light driver is configured to control at least a subset of the lighting elements to output light based on various conditions corresponding to the showerhead.
Flow through extended surface troffer system
A lighting apparatus includes a printed circuit board. A first light source and a second light source can be mounted on the printed circuit board. A first optical member can receive and redirect light from the first light source, and a second optical member can receive and redirect light from the second light source. A vent aperture can be defined in the printed circuit board, the vent aperture being positioned between the optical members. The apparatus can include first and second thermally conductive sheets thermally coupled to the printed circuit board, the first thermally conductive sheet disposed on a first back side of the first optical member, the second thermally conductive sheet disposed on a second back side of the second optical member. The apparatus can include a housing having a housing vent, the housing vent and the vent aperture defining a first convective path between the optical members.
LIGHT-EMITTING ASSEMBLY AND DISPLAY DEVICE
Disclosed embodiments relate to a light-emitting assembly and a display device. In some embodiments, the light-emitting assembly includes a lamp bead a lamp bead mounting plate and a lamp bead shading face mask, the lamp bead shading face mask covering the lamp bead, and there is a distance between the lamp bead shading face mask and the lamp bead, at least two side faces of the lamp bead shading face mask including light emergence holes, wherein one side, facing the lamp bead mounting plate, of the lamp bead shading face mask is provided with a first reflecting surface; one side, facing the lamp bead shading face mask, of the lamp bead mounting plate is provided with a second reflecting surface; and light emitted by the lamp bead is reflected by the first reflecting surface and the second reflecting surface and then emitted out of each of the light emergence holes.
Illumination unit and display apparatus using the same
A display apparatus including an illumination unit having a first illumination unit including a first light source module, a second illumination unit including a second light source module, and a bracket located between the first and second illumination units to connect the illumination units to each other. The bracket includes a first body portion on which the first light source module is placed, a second body portion on which the second light source module is placed, and a connecting portion located between the first and second body portions to connect the body portions to each other. The connecting portion has a first distance from a first end of the first or second body portion and a second distance from a second end of the first or second body portion, and the second distance is greater than the first distance.
Light Vectoring Apparatus
An apparatus includes a coverlay layer having a void therein. A backing layer is disposed against a first side of the coverlay layer. A transmission layer is disposed against a second side of the coverlay layer opposite the first side such that a chamber is formed within the void between the transmission layer and the backing layer. The transmission layer includes a first area having a first level of light transmissivity and a second area having a second level of light transmissivity that is greater than the first level of light transmissivity. The transmission layer is oriented so that at least a portion of each of the first area and the second area overlaps the void. A light source is positioned in the chamber between the first area of the transmission layer and the backing layer.
LED ILLUMINATION DEVICE FOR SPOTLIGHTING
An LED illumination device for spotlighting includes: a lower case part having a plurality of planar inner side surfaces so that a light-emitting hole on the bottom surface thereof can be a polygonal shape; an upper case part, positioned above the lower case part, for receiving a power supply unit; substrates which are respectively coupled to the planar inner side surfaces of the lower case part and in which LEDs are mounted such that a light-emitting surface can be directed to the central part of the polygon; and a plurality of heat dissipation fins which are protrudingly positioned along the circumference of the lower case part, wherein the spaces between the heat dissipation fins communicate in the longitudinal direction of the lower case part. A case is manufactured as a single structure and components such as a power supply unit, LED-mounted substrates, reflective plates, etc. can be assembled within the case through the light-emitting hole.
