Overhead light fixtures and methods
An overhead light fixture includes a driver assembly and a light-emitting assembly. The driver assembly includes a driver and a housing. The light-emitting assembly is operably connected to the driver and configured for downward emission of light from a light source of the light-emitting assembly. The light-emitting assembly is detachably secured to the driver assembly. The light fixture is configured to be mounted to a canopy sheet of an overhead canopy, with the driver assembly disposed above the canopy sheet and the light-emitting assembly disposed below the canopy sheet. The driver assembly is optionally configured so that, when the light-emitting assembly is detached from the driver assembly, the driver is removable downwardly through the base portion. A bezel is optionally disposed around a lens of the light-emitting assembly, for aesthetic reasons and/or for controlling a degree of lateral emission of light from the light fixture.
Multifunction lighting apparatus
A multifunction lighting apparatus includes a light body, an adjustment bracket, and a frame. More than one optical unit may be selected to be installed to the multifunction lighting apparatus. In addition, the light body may be moved with respect to the adjustment bracket to provide more flexible light effect.
User wearable fluorescence enabled visualization system
A user-wearable fluorescence based visualization system comprising a multi-light lamp assembly that provides for the selected output of light using multiple light emitting sources, wherein the outputted light may be tailored to generate response wavelength by the interaction of the emitted light and a tissue illuminated by the emitted light, through the process of fluorescence, and a viewing system that allows a practitioner view the fluorescent light generated by the tissue, and distinguish between healthy and diseased tissues.
Modular waveguides and fixtures utilizing same
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a luminaire comprises a housing and at least one waveguide comprising first and second opposite waveguide ends, a coupling portion disposed at the first waveguide end, and a light emitting portion disposed between the first and second waveguide ends. The luminaire is further arranged such that the first waveguide end is disposed adjacent a first luminaire end and the second waveguide end is disposed at a second luminaire end opposite the first luminaire end. Still further, the luminaire comprises at least one LED element disposed within the housing adjacent the coupling portion of the at least one waveguide such that the at least one waveguide provides a first illumination pattern and the at least one waveguide is interchangeable with another waveguide that provides a second illumination pattern.
Light fixture with flange over goose neck connection
A non-unitary light fixture having a housing, neck and wall panel that is affixed to a wall or other supporting structure. The fixture includes a separable neck that mounts to the housing and wall panel on opposite ends with a water-tight seal created by a flange on each end of the neck. The flange overlaps the perimeter of respective mounting apertures within the housing and wall panel and thereby prevents water from entering either the housing or wall panel. The fixture further includes a tube extending between the housing and wall panel for routing electrical wires to a lighting assembly housed within the shade.
Downlight apparatus
A downlight apparatus has a rotatable base, a light module and a front cover. The light is rotatable in a spherical rotating space defined by the rotatable base. There is a stop structure for keeping the light module staying at rotating angle with respect to the rotatable base when there is no external force applying on the light module.
PORTABLE SLIT LAMP DEVICE COUPLABLE TO IMAGE CAPTURE DEVICE
A portable slit lamp device which can be coupled to an image capture device such as a smartphone.
Systems and Methods for Generating Customizable Mirrored Effects with Interchangeable and Programmable Infinity Mirrors
Disclosed is an enhanced infinity mirror with an application interface for controlling and/or changing the illumination, reflection, and/or other effects produced by the enhanced infinity mirror. The enhanced infinity mirror may include a first reflective surface, a second reflective surface positioned relative to the first reflective surface, and light sources that generate an infinity effect based on reflections off the first reflective surface and the second reflective surface. The application interface may receive a pattern, and may control illumination of different sets of the light sources at different times according to the pattern by illuminating a first set of the light sources with first colors for a first duration as defined in a first step of the pattern, and a second set of the light sources with second colors for a second duration as defined in a second step of the pattern.
Customizable LED lighting fixture using extrusions
A custom LED lighting fixture system has a planar opaque top element and an opposing planar translucent bottom element that can be custom fabricated to take any number of shapes. Upon fabrication of the top and bottom elements into an irregular circumferential shape, for example, a first aluminum extrusion is fitted to the left side, and a second aluminum extrusion is fitted to the left side. The first and second extrusions adapt to the shapes of the top and bottom elements. The extrusions comprise a first channel on the interior surface configured to accept the top element, and a second channel configured to accept the bottom element. A first end cap couples to a first end of the first and second extrusions. A second end cap couples to a second end of the first and second extrusions. An LED strip is operational on an interior surface of the top element.
Light symbol projection device
A light symbol projection device is disclosed. The light symbol projection device has a housing which is temporarily secured within a receiving mechanism. The receiving mechanism is embedded within a product such as, for example, a shoe. The light symbol housing may project, in various colors, a word, pattern, symbol, logo or other indicia on the ground. The light symbol housing may be interchangeable so that the receiving mechanism may receive various light symbol housings having different light projections. In one embodiment, a speaker associated with the device may also provide an audible sound.
