Accessories for LED lamp systems

Accessories for LED lamp systems and methods of attaching accessories to illumination sources (e.g., LED lamps) are disclosed. A beam shaping accessories mechanically affixed to the LED lamp. The lens is designed to adapt to a first fixture that is mechanically attached to the lens. Accessories are designed to have a second fixture for mating to the first fixture such that the first fixture and the second fixture are configured to produce a retaining force between the first accessory and the lens. The retaining force is a mechanical force that is accomplished by mechanical mating of mechanical fixtures, or the retaining force is a magnetic force and is accomplished by magnetic fixtures configured to have attracting magnetic forces. In some embodiments, the accessory is treated to modulate an emanated light pattern (e.g., a rectangular, or square, or oval, or circular or diffused emanated light pattern). A USB connector is also provided.

Light fitting system

A light fitting system has a light fitting for recessed mounting of a luminaire in a substrate such as a ceiling, which fitting comprises a luminaire support and a base for receiving the luminaire support and in relation to which base the luminaire support may be manipulated or moved or directed, and a tool for manipulating the luminaire support. The luminaire support and the luminaire support tool are configured for cooperative inter-engagement whereby the tool may be releasably inter-engaged with the luminaire support to enable manipulation of the luminaire support in relation to the base providing the advantage of a readily adaptable or manipulated luminaire support angularly adjustable or removable by means of the luminaire support tool thereby enabling adjustment and/or removal and replacement of a luminaire from a base without dismantling the fitting from the substrate into which it is mounted.

LIGHTING FIXTURE WITH WAVEGUIDE

Generally, embodiment(s) disclosed herein may include modular luminaires and customizable luminaire combinations to produce desired overall illumination patterns, modular luminaires interchangeable between one or more lighting systems/luminaires having differing configurations, and/or luminaires with portions thereof formed primarily by optical waveguides, e.g., a wall sconce where primarily only waveguides extend from the wall. Further, contemplated throughout this disclosure is modification of panel-style and/or blade-style waveguide(s) for use with luminaire configurations having different sizes, shapes, and structural elements including as modular luminaires for use in creating further customizable lighting systems/luminaires.

INTEGRATED IN-SURFACE LENS ASSEMBLY

A seamless lighting arrangement for a vehicle panel. The vehicle panel has an inside surface and an outside surface. The vehicle panel has a light aperture extending from the inside surface of the vehicle panel to the outside surface of the vehicle panel. Connected to the inside surface of the vehicle panel is a bracket. The seamless lighting arrangement further includes a lens with a bracket connection portion that connects to the bracket and a transmission portion positioned within the light aperture of the vehicle panel. The lens further includes a light unit fixedly connected to the lens. The light unit has a projector port for emitting light from a light source. The light transmission portion of the lens has a light input surface region formed on an inside surface of the lens and a light output surface region formed on an outside surface of the lens.

Modular Floodlight System
20240200763 · 2024-06-20 · ·

This document describes techniques directed to a modular floodlight system. The modular floodlight system includes a floodlight device having a main housing that supports multiple floodlights and a modular camera device. The main housing includes a magnetic mount that magnetically secures the camera device to a mounting surface and enables 3-axis articulation of the camera device relative to the main housing. The main housing also includes a power supply unit that supplies electrical power to the camera device and the floodlights. In aspects, the floodlights are assembled to opposing sides of the main housing. In addition, the main housing includes passive infrared sensors that expand and supplement motion-detection capabilities of the camera device. The modular aspect of the modular floodlight system enables the camera device to be easily replaced with another modular device, simplifies installation for consumers, and increases an ability of the modular floodlight system to be reworked.

LIGHT-TRANSMITTING ASSEMBLY AND VEHICLE

A light-transmitting assembly and a vehicle are provided in the disclosure. The light-transmitting assembly includes a light-transmitting substrate and a light source assembly. The light-transmitting substrate defines a mounting through-hole. The light source assembly is connected to the light-transmitting substrate and positioned at the mounting through-hole. The light source assembly includes a box, a lampshade, and a light-emitting element. The lampshade is detachably connected to the box. The lampshade and the box cooperatively define an accommodating space. The light-emitting element is received in the accommodating space. The light-transmitting assembly of the disclosure can be assembled and disassembled quickly and repeatedly, thereby realizing quick replacement of the light-emitting element.

Sports light having single multi-function body

A sports lighting fixture including a single cast body which combines the functions of the base, heatsink, reflector housing, and interconnection gaskets, with many cast female holes that are later tapped with threads to eliminate the need for any nuts as fasteners. As a result, the single body becomes multi-functional. Channels may be cast into the single piece body to allow for heat pipes to be press fit. Several locations on the body may include tapped holes to attach mounting hardware (lens retainer), visors, power supply, and LED array printed circuit board. The body includes a cavity to receive a reflector. The reflector may be a single unit or segmented. The cavity may alternatively be coated with reflective material. The body incudes heat fins which extend from the back of the fixture and transition forward around the reflector cavity toward a front opening.
