Flat lamp with light guide plate and method for mounting the same
A flat lamp with a light guide plate comprises a lamp body, an LED plate arranged on a side wall of the lamp body, an upper support plate snap-fitted and connected to an opening end of the lamp body, and a fixing assembly arranged over a surface of the upper support plate and connected with the upper support plate. A method for mounting the flat lamp comprises steps of screwing screws into arc grooves of the cover plate of the fixing assembly and into screw holes provided at ends of the support plate members and fixing the fixing assembly on a roof; and moving the support plate members (41) to allow them to slide into the V-shaped bent portions of the connecting components and then continue sliding until being restrained by the bent plate at an end.
Systems and methods for retrofitting existing lighting systems
LED lighting systems and methods for retro-fitting existing lighting systems such as acorn and other globe style fixtures is disclosed. The retro-fit systems can be provided with an LED driver, an adaptor casting which mounts to industry standard fixture, a riser for adjusting the height of the lighting fixture, and an assembly of an optically active sealing lens, a heat sink and a LED board, wherein the LED lights, which can be made up of a plurality of LEDs, are arranged in concentric rings on the LED board, and are fitted with a sealing lens in the form of a rotated bubble optic with concentric grooves on the inner surface.
Lighting fixture mounting systems
Example embodiments provide lighting fixture mounting kits for mounting a flat panel lighting fixture to a mounting surface. One mounting kit comprises a mounting frame and a lighting fixture. When the mounting frame is secured to the mounting surface, a junction box is accessible therethrough. The mounting frame and lighting fixture are shaped for engagement and attachment to one another. Another mounting kit comprises a mounting plate and a lighting fixture. The mounting plate may comprise indexing tabs for alignment with corresponding indexing slots of the lighting fixture and extending outwardly from a plate portion of the mounting plate. The lighting fixture may comprise a back portion having therein one or more indexing slots for receiving an indexing tab therein. Insertion of the indexing tab into the indexing slot guides the engagement of the lighting fixture with the mounting plate.
