The exercise apparatus also includes a pivotal upper body support constructed and arranged to pivot relative to the support frame. The upper body support is configured to receive a torso of a user standing adjacent to the adjustable support frame, and facilitate a traction exercise to stretch a spine of the user when the torso of the user engages the pivotal upper body support and bends over the support frame.

A starting block lock having a clamp, top and bottom locking wedges, and a rod is provided. The clamp includes top and bottom portions each having an inside surface and a body between the top and bottom portions. The body includes a cylindrical bore extending on a longitudinal axis between the top and bottom portions. The top and bottom locking wedges each include an outer surface, an inner surface, a side surface, and an aperture extending between and through the outer and inner surfaces. At least a portion of each of the side surfaces slidably contact the inside surface of the clamp. The rod extends through the apertures and the cylindrical bore and is configured rotate in a first direction to linearly displace the top and bottom locking wedges toward each other thereby providing an outward force against the inside surfaces of the clamp to expand the clamp.

A starting block lock having a clamp, top and bottom locking wedges, and a rod is provided. The clamp includes top and bottom portions each having an inside surface and a body between the top and bottom portions. The body includes a cylindrical bore extending on a longitudinal axis between the top and bottom portions. The top and bottom locking wedges each include an outer surface, an inner surface, a side surface, and an aperture extending between and through the outer and inner surfaces. At least a portion of each of the side surfaces slidably contact the inside surface of the clamp. The rod extends through the apertures and the cylindrical bore and is configured rotate in a first direction to linearly displace the top and bottom locking wedges toward each other thereby providing an outward force against the inside surfaces of the clamp to expand the clamp.

Systems and methods for facilitating playing soccer based on RFID are provided. Accordingly, the method may include selecting one or more game rules. The method may further include communicatively coupling at least one ball with at least one communication device via an RFID sensor disposed on the at least one ball, the communication device further associated with a user. The method may further include generating ball tracking data from the at least one ball and receiving target data from at least one target sensor disposed on at least one target. The method may further include processing the ball tracking data and the target data in order to determine at least a score based on the one or more game rules.

A diving board having a shell including a top surface with one or more pockets formed thereon. The pockets are recessed inwardly from the top surface of the shell and sized to receive a non-slip tread surface therein. The tread surface may be made from any of a variety of suitable materials, such as a composite material primarily comprising cork, and arranged such that the tread surface is substantially flush relative to the top surface of the shell when seated therein. An adhesive layer may be used to adhere the tread surface in the pocket of the shell.
