Lighting systems for general illumination and disinfection
Lighting systems combine UV-A and white light with an adjustable CCT value so that any adverse effects from the UV-A radiation are mitigated—that is, tunable adjustments to the output of the non-UV LEDs, or to all of the LEDs, result in an overall mixed output conforming to a target CCT value.
LED TUBE APPARATUS
A light tube apparatus includes a tubular housing, a first light source, a second light source, a driver and a controller. The tubular housing having a first light passing window and a second light passing window. The first light source is for emitting a white light from the first light passing window in an illuminating mode. The second light source is for emitting an ultraviolet light from the second light passing window in a sanitizing mode. The driver is for converting an external power source to a first driving current to the first light source and a second driving current to the second light source. The controller is for determining when to enter the sanitizing mode or the illuminating mode based on a stored criterion.
HYBRID FAR UV-C AND VISIBLE LAMP
A solid-state lamp includes a first plurality of solid-state emitters that emit light at visible wavelengths and a second plurality of solid-state emitters that emit light at a safe ultraviolet wavelength, wherein the second plurality of solid-state emitters emit light at least when the first plurality of solid-state emitters emit light.
Replacement LED Light Bulbs with Ultraviolet Emission
A sanitizing replacement LED light bulb provides visible light when powered and also provides ultraviolet light for sanitizing an area around the sanitizing LED replacement light bulb. In some embodiments, the ultraviolet light is emitted only when no motion is detected in the vicinity of the sanitizing LED replacement light bulb to prevent people and animals from being exposed to the ultraviolet light.
LIGHTING DEVICE WITH INTEGRAL UV DISINFECTION
A luminaire includes a housing configured to be positioned over an area, the housing including a frame having a first channel for receiving a light emitter. A light emitter is positioned in the first channel. The light emitter is configured to emit ultra-violet light. A reflector assembly is connected to the frame to direct ultra-violet light emitted from the light emitter. At least a portion of the area is located at 0 degrees relative to the light emitter and a majority of the emitted ultra-violet light is emitted from the housing between 90 degrees and 130 degrees relative to the light emitter in a first direction.
DISINFECTING AND ILLUMINATING LIGHTING ASSEMBLIES
A lighting assembly includes a lightbulb, sleeve, motor assembly, a control circuit, power source, first state, and second state. The control circuit is communicatively coupled to the power source, the lightbulb, and the motor assembly. The lightbulb emits ultra violet (“UV”) radiation. The sleeve converts UV radiation to visible light, is circumferentially positioned about the lightbulb, and is rotatably coupled to the lightbulb via the motor assembly. The motor assembly is mechanically coupled to the sleeve, and selectively rotates the sleeve about the lightbulb and thereby positions the lighting assembly in the first state or the second state. The sleeve includes a slit that emits the UV radiation from the lightbulb. In the first state, the lighting assembly emits UV radiation towards a surface. In the second state, the lighting assembly emits visible light towards the surface.
LAMP FOR REMOVAL OF FINE DUST
The present invention relates to a lamp for removal of fine dust. Disclosed according to an embodiment of the present invention is a lamp for removal of fine dust, which provides an indoor lighting function by using an LED as a light source and provides a function of adsorbing and removing fine dust by using an anion generator, wherein the lamp is configured to prevent the blackening effect caused when fine dust adsorbed and coagulated by anions emitted from the anion generator is suspended and adsorbed to a ceiling or wall.
LIGHTING APPARATUS
A lighting apparatus includes a first light source, a second light source, a first reflective cup, a second reflective cup, a base housing and a driver. The first light source is used for emitting a first light. The second light source is used for emitting a second light. The first reflective cup is used for limiting the first light in a first scope. The second reflective cup is used for limiting the second light in a second scope. The base housing is used for disposing the first reflective cup and the second reflective cup. The driver selectively provides a first driving current to the first light source and a second driving current to the second light source.
Ultraviolet-free antiviral air-filtering lighting device
A lighting device that comprises a housing, a first visible light source, a second visible light source, an air filter, an airway, and an air circulation mechanism for each airway. The first visible light source contributes to the light output of the device, whereas the second visible light source is responsible for germicidal irradiation by activating a visible-light activatable photocatalytic coating on the air filter. The airway has an air inlet and an air outlet. The air circulation mechanism sucks an ambient air through the air inlet, forces the air through the air filter, and releases the air through the air outlet. The air filter traps airborne particles. The second visible light source is disposed adjacent to the air filter and activates a photocatalyst material in the antiviral photocatalytic coating. Airborne microbials trapped by the air filter are decomposed by the activated photocatalyst material in the antiviral photocatalytic coating.
SIGNALLING DEVICE FOR EXTINGUISHERS AND/OR HYDRANTS
Described is signalling device for extinguishers or hydrants, comprising a first valve body connected to a tank of liquid and/or powder product to be dispensed, a second valve body connected to a hose equipped with a nozzle for dispensing product and a handle for activating the dispensing of the product equipped with a control lever; inside the handle is housed a safety plug shaped in such a way as to keep the control lever in an inactive position. The plug has, at a relative end portion, a magnet, which activates a sensor present on an electronic card located inside the control lever, designed to detect the presence of the plug. Moreover, the plug is made of transparent plastic material and at least one LED is positioned on a base facing a lower portion of the plug, in such a way that the LED produces a luminous emission which spreads for the entire plug, thereby operating as a luminous wave guide.
