A light guide structure with jagged protrusions is configured in a lighting device of a mobile vehicle. The light guide structure comprises a light injecting surface and a light emitting surface. The light injecting surface comprises a middle section and two side sections deployed respectively at opposite ends of the middle section. At least a portion of the side sections has a light guiding area. A light source module forms an irradiation area by the light guide structure, the microstructure of the light guiding area is configured to enable the light from the light guide to pass through the light injecting surface generating refraction, diffusion, or scattering, so as to reduce the generation of stray light, and improve the clarity of the beam contour.

Horticulture light panel assembly

A system and method for a light panel assembly which is particularly useful for commercial horticultural applications. An extruded heat sink frame provides for a layered light panel assembly with superior heat dissipation characteristics and low power requirements while providing highly efficient returns and output radiant flux.

Lighting system, track and lighting module therefore

A lighting system comprising a track having a first and a second rail, mutually extending equidistantly. Said first and second rail comprise a first respectively a second electrically conductive strip, mutually electrically isolated. A lighting module comprising a first and second electrical contact, which lighting module in mounted position rests by gravitational force on the first and second rail. When mounted the first and second electrical contact are in electrical contact with a respective one of the first and second electrically conductive strip. The lighting module is dismountable from the track by a single displacement of the lighting module in a direction against the direction of the gravitational force.

Stepped light guide illumination systems

A stepped light guide illumination system employing a planar sheet of an optically transmissive material having a stepped light guiding structure including one or more parallel arrays of channels. Light is input into the stepped light guiding structure using a number of side-emitting LED sources located within the channels and coupled to the stepped light guiding structure at multiple locations. The LED sources are mounted to a printed circuit board extending along one or more channels and having a width which is greater than a width of the respective channel. Light is extracted from the stepped light guiding structure using a two-dimensional pattern of light extraction features formed in a surface of the planar sheet.

LIGHT-GUIDING ASSEMBLY, VEHICLE LAMP, AND VEHICLE

The present invention relates to a light-guiding assembly having a first light-guiding element, which is allocated to a first light source and used to receive and guide light from the first light source, and is provided with a first light incidence portion, a first light exit portion, and a first intermediate optical portion that is arranged between them. A second light-guiding element, which is allocated to a second light source and used to receive and guide light from the second light source, and is provided with a second light incidence portion, a second light exit portion, and a second intermediate optical portion that is arranged between them. Wherein the first light exit portion faces the second intermediate optical portion, and light leaving the first light exit portion can pass through the second intermediate optical portion and exit from the second light exit portion.

Illumination system based on active and passive illumination devices

Illumination systems are described for illuminating a target area, e.g., a floor of a room, using active illumination devices in optical communication with passive illumination devices. The active and passive illumination devices of the illumination system are configured and arranged relative to each other in a variety of ways so a variety of intensity distributions can be provided by the illumination system. Such illumination system is implemented to provide light for particular lighting applications, including office lighting, garage lighting, or cabinet lighting.

Decorative illumination device, control device for decorative illumination device, and game machine

A long decorative illumination device which is long in the vertical direction and for being installed in the sides of a game machine may be provided with a plurality of light guide plates that can be individually illuminated. The plurality of light guide plates may be arranged in the vertical direction with gaps therebetween and in a slanted state so that the light emitting surfaces thereof are oriented toward a window part which is open from at least two directions of the front surface and the side surfaces of the decorative illumination device. A controller may control the light emission of the plurality of light guide plates to perform visual effect lighting having an impactful visual effect, while controlling the light emission from the plurality of light guide plates to convey predetermined information.
