Aircraft light for a foldable wing tip of an aircraft, aircraft, and method of operating an aircraft light arranged on a foldable wing tip of an aircraft
An aircraft light for a foldable wing tip of an aircraft includes a first lighting structure, including at least one first light source and a first optical system, with the at least one first light source and the first optical system in operation generating a first light output; a second lighting structure, including at least one second light source and a second optical system, with the at least one second light source and the second optical system in operation generating a second light output; wherein the first light output and the second light output are of the same color and wherein the first light output and the second light output are angled with respect to each other; and wherein the aircraft light is configured to control the at least one first light source and the at least one second light source depending on a wing tip orientation signal, which is indicative of an orientation of the foldable wing tip.
VEHICLE LIGHTING SYSTEM
A vehicle lighting system includes a light source, a first light guide, and a second light guide. The light source is arranged to emit light into the first light guide, which emits incident light from the light source into the second light guide. The second light guide is arranged to emit incident light from the first light guide. The second light guide has a light input surface arranged to receive the incident light from the first light guide, and a light output surface arranged to emit the light received through the second light input surface. The light output surface comprises a first light emitting surface section in a first plane and a second light emitting surface section in a second plane, wherein the first plane and the second plane are arranged at a first angle in relation to each other.
ILLUMINATION APPARATUS FOR VEHICLES
A lighting assembly for vehicles, having a number of light sources and light guide elements for generating different light functions, with a number of scattering optical elements assigned to the light exit side of the light guide elements for scattering the light. A headlamp lens is arranged at a distance in front of the light guide elements. The first light sources and the second light sources are arranged alternately in the direction of extension of the linear light signature. The scattering optical elements and/or the distance of the headlamp lens to the scattering optical elements and/or a distance in between adjacent first light sources running in the direction of extension are designed such that first light beams exiting in each case from the scattering optical elements assigned to the adjacent first light sources and adjacent in the direction of extension.
Vehicle lamp
Provided is a vehicle lamp configured such that light emitted from a light emitting element (30) and incident from an incident portion (22e) formed on a top surface (22c) of a plate-like light guide (22B) is reflected toward a front end surface (22a) of the plate-like light guide (22B) by a first reflecting portion (22f) formed on a bottom surface (22d) of the plate-like light guide (22B). At that time, the incident portion (22e) is positioned on a step-up surface (22c1) formed to protrude from a general portion (22c0) of the top surface (22c). Further, the first reflecting portion (22f) is formed such that its upper end edge (22f1) is located closer to the step-up surface (22c1) than the general portion (22c0) of the top surface (22c). In this way, a wide reflecting area of the first reflecting portion (22f) can be secured.
LIGHTING OR SIGNALING DEVICE AND MOTOR VEHICLE
A lighting or signaling device (100) comprises a first light source (101) and a housing (110), the housing (110) defining at least a first light exit region (120) and a second light exit region (130) independent of each other, part of light from the first light source (101) exiting as a first light beam from the first light exit region (120); the lighting or signaling device further comprises a light guide member (140), which is assigned to the first light source (101) and is positioned and configured to guide a part of the light from the first light source (101) to exit through at least the second light exit region (130). A motor vehicle is also disclosed.
LIGHTING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus for a vehicle that includes a housing; a screen unit mounted in the housing; and a projection unit fixed to the housing and configured to radiate light toward the screen unit.
Light device of a motor vehicle
The light device comprises an internal chamber (2) that is covered by a translucent cover, which separates the light device from the external surroundings of the motor vehicle; inside the chamber, there is at least one lighting unit (3) whose active area (4) for the exit of light rays (10) from the lighting unit (3) is situated opposite the translucent cover and contains a light-conductive core (15) of an optically transparent material with an associated light unit (7) located opposite the entry area (9) of the light-conductive core (15) to emit light rays (10) into the body (14) of light-conductive core (15). Between the light-conductive core (15) and the translucent cover there is a functional layer (23) configured to focus the beams of light rays (10) that exit its surface averted from the light-conductive core (15) in a predetermined direction. The light device comprises a technological layer (24) that is configured for a total reflection of the light rays (10), which is in contact with the top surface (17) of the light-conductive core (15).
