METHODS AND DEVICES FOR DEFLAVORING, FLAVORING, AND REFLAVORING CANNABIS PLANT MATTER
Methods of cannabis deflavoring, cannabis reflavoring, and combinations thereof are described. In some embodiments, the methods described herein allow the deflavored cannabis plant matter to absorb an essence of the at least one flavoring agent without the cannabis plant matter directly contacting the at least one flavoring agent. Cannabis flavoring devices are further described. In some embodiments, the cannabis flavoring device is configured to allow the cannabis plant matter to absorb an essence of the at least one flavoring agent without the cannabis plant matter directly contacting the at least one flavoring agent.
Popcorn Dehydration Apparatus And Method
An apparatus and method for dehydrating a quantity of previously air popped corn so as to maintain its crunchiness includes a support ring having an upstanding continuous peripheral wall configured to nest atop an upper edge of a receptacle, the upstanding continuous peripheral wall being complementary to an open top of the receptacle and defining an interior area. A distribution conduit having a cylindrical configuration is coupled to an inner surface of the support ring and has opposed upstream and downstream ends defining a channel therebetween. The upstream and downstream ends are open and the distribution conduit has an elongate configuration and is oriented axially relative to the support ring. A blow-drying device may be releasably mounted in the upstream end of the distribution conduit for generating a heated air stream and blowing the generated heated air stream from the upstream to the downstream end when energized.
HONEY PROCESSING APPARATUS
A honey processing apparatus that is configured to provide processing of a wax/honey emulsion so as to separate the honey from the wax and provide separate collection thereof. The present invention includes a vessel having a first chamber and a second chamber. The first chamber includes an interior volume having a heating fluid disposed therein. The second chamber is also disposed within the interior volume of the first chamber and wherein the heating fluid is surroundably present thereto. A coil is present within the second chamber and the coil is fluidly coupled with the heating fluid. A pump is operably coupled to the coil and is configured to provide closed-loop recirculation of the heating fluid within the coil so as to provide heating of the wax/honey emulsion in order to facilitate the separation thereof. A honey extraction tube coupled with the second chamber provides extraction of the honey.
Control for the process of drying wet material
The present invention relates to a process for continuous of drying or removing the water phase from wet material, such as organic material and for regulating or controlling the drying mechanisms using heating and drying components in a mechanic set up for drying material. The steam generated in the pre-dryer in the process is sufficient to sustain the energy need of the system as the different components of a meal factory are set up as a closed system.

Dairy purification mixture
A method of removing one or more antibiotics from a dairy product, the method involve passing the dairy product comprising an antibiotic in a first amount through a bulk comprising, relative to a total bulk weight, at least 75 wt. % of titanium oxide nanostructures, to provide the dairy product comprising the antibiotic in a second, lesser amount, wherein the nanostructures have lengths at least two-fold in excess of their width and height. Bulk materials useful in this or related methods or applications may have loosely tangled, noodle-like morphologies on sub-100 nm scale, and need not employ graphene and/or polymeric support networks in columns, generally having only titanium oxides without silicon or iron oxides.
MUSSEL BEAN PASTE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A mussel soybean paste and a preparation method thereof are provided, the preparation method includes: sterilizing soaked soybeans, adding mussel cooking liquor hydrolysate, and then inoculating Aspergillus oryzae for making koji to obtain soybean koji; sterilizing soaked rice, and inoculating Aspergillus oryzae for making koji to obtain rice koji; mixing the rice koji with the soybean koji to obtain a koji material; adding the koji material and salt into mussel meat for anaerobic fermentation, grinding an obtained mussel soybean paste semi-finished product by using a colloid mill, and conducting sterilizing to obtain the mussel soybean paste. The mussel soybean paste which is natural, nutritional and good in flavor can be prepared, and the added value of mussels is increased.
METHOD FOR REMOVING ANTINUTRIENT FROM TURMERIC SPICE
The present invention provides a method for removing antinutrients from turmeric spice. The antinutrient such as oxalic acid is removed by using the method of present invention and thus the toxicity associated with it is also eliminated. The method includes preparing the turmeric powder and repetitively extracting the turmeric powder with inorganic acid. The turmeric powder is stirred in a pre-defined volume and pre-determined concentration of the inorganic acid for pre-defined time with constant agitation at pre-determined temperature to obtain a turmeric paste. The turmeric paste is then washed with water and dried to obtain the purified turmeric powder.
Compositions for use in mycotoxin extraction
The present invention relates to aqueous compositions comprising cyclodextrins or carbohydrates. The present invention also relates to the use of such compositions in the binding and removal of mycotoxins from foodstuff. The invention also includes compositions that show a broad affinity for mycotoxins.
METHODS FOR ISOLATING COMPOUNDS
The present invention in its broadest aspect relates to a method for reducing glycoalkaloid content and turbidity of an aqueous phase comprising compounds selected from two or more of PA, PI, PPO, LipO, pectin, lipid, glycoalkaloid and phenolic compounds of which at least one compound is selected from PA, PT, LipO and PPO; a) providing an aqueous phase comprising compounds selected from two or more of PA, PI, PPO, LipO, pectin, lipid, glycoalkaloid and phenolic compounds of which at least one compound is selected from PA, PT, LipO and PPO; and b) performing one or more steps to reduce the concentration of solanine in the dry matter of the aqueous phase with at least 15 percent, such as at least 20%, such as at least 25% and to achieve an optical density at 620 nm of the remaining aqueous phase of less than 0.7; such as less than 0.5; such as less than 0.3; such as less than 0.2; such as less than 0.1; and thereby obtaining an aqueous phase having reduced glycoalkaloid content and turbidity compared to an untreated aqueous phase.
