An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a water shower comprising: a shower head connected to a water supply unit and comprising a plurality of nozzles to discharge water; at least one sensor configured to sense an object in a specific zone; and a controller operatively coupled with the at least one sensor to operate discharge of water through each nozzle of the plurality of nozzles, wherein a one or more nozzles of the plurality of nozzles are opened (and closed) individually by respective actuators, based on detection of the object by sensor, in direction of water flow through one or more nozzles. The saving of water is achieved by individually opening each nozzle of shower head such that water is discharged only through those nozzles in direction of which, an object is detected and closed when the object is not in the direction.

A lighting system including an LED downlight mountable to a ceiling, a driver, and an insulation displacement connector (IDC). Light from the downlight can be faced downward to project light or upward to reflect light off of the ceiling. The driver has an input with a first voltage and an output with a second voltage, the second voltage being lower than the first and being provided through a wire system extending from the LED driver. The IDC connects the downlight to the wire system. The lighting system can be changed from a first to a second configuration by at least one of adding an additional downlight using a corresponding IDC or removing an existing downlight using a corresponding IDC. The second configuration does not significantly affect a desired output range of light from any downlight or any LED circuit of any downlight that remains or preexists from the first configuration.

A central shaft power connector for lighted ornaments is disclosed. A central support pole, such as for a Christmas tree is made in multiple parts joinable with an electrical and mechanical connector which joins the pole parts and simultaneously connects power or other circuits from one part to the other. The connector has two engaging sections and an outrigger platform which locates a connector off to the side of the poles but in alignment. Final alignment is obtained by a key and keyway in the connector parts. The connector is friction fit into a slot on each section so that the connector can be removed and replaced.

A portable lamp for affixing with an object, such as a remote control, includes a base that has a raised pivot pin. An enclosure has a pivot pin receiving recess adapted for receiving the pivot pin of the base pivotally therein. The enclosure includes an opening on a lower side thereof and a circuit board that includes a lighting circuit having a plurality of LEDs aligned with the opening of the lower side of the enclosure, a battery, and a magnetic switch disposed within the enclosure adjacent to at least one magnet of the base when the base and the enclosure are mutually aligned. In use, with the base affixed with the object and with the base aligned with the enclosure, the lighting circuit maintains the LEDs in an off state. With the enclosure manually pivoted away from the base the lighting circuit illuminates the LEDs.

A backlit haptic keyboard of an information handling system may comprise a contact foil placed between a coversheet and a support layer, operatively coupling an LED controller to an LED via metallic traces printed upon a top surface of the contact foil and operatively coupling a piezoelectric element to a keyboard controller via metallic traces printed upon a bottom surface of the contact foil. The system may further comprise the LED placed between the coversheet and the contact foil, and a piezoelectric element placed between the contact foil and support layer to receive an applied mechanical stress at a key and generate an electric actuation signal. A keyboard controller of the information handling system may receive an electric actuation signal from the piezoelectric element via the bottom metallic traces and send an electrical haptic response control signal to the piezoelectric element to cause it to generate haptic feedback at the key.

A device for indicating appropriate social distancing includes the ability to project light (in various forms and in a various ways) onto the ground in a manner visible by the user and those around them. A boundary of the projected light can be set to an acceptable social distance and can include different colors to indicated varying social distances for varying levels of trusted individuals. Proximity sensors set to appropriate distancing requirements, along with the varying levels of trust can be implemented into multiple devices being used in a group setting.

The present invention is a candle warming image display lamp (CWIDL) for use in displaying user selectable images while providing light such as to light a room brightly or as a night light, while also warming a preferably spill resistant wickless scented candle, without spilling hot molten candle wax.

A peripherally lighted extension cord is provided. The peripherally lighted extension cord sandwiches one or more lighting strips to an exterior of a cable sheath through application of a transparent coating or cover. The peripherally lighted extension cord provides a data board for selectively powering the one or more lighting strips.

An up-lighting floor mat includes floor matting that defines an upwardly-facing surface and an opposed downwardly-facing surface when supported atop an upwardly-facing support surface, and that is formed from a first flexible material that enables the up-lighting floor mat to be rolled up for transport or storage; and a first elongate up-lighting assembly positioned within a first elongate slot defined through the floor matting to emit light upwardly from the first elongate slot, wherein at least one elongate edge defined by the first up-lighting assembly is bonded to at least one edge of the floor matting that defines the first elongate slot.

A lighting device, for attachment to an object structured to be worn on at least one facial feature of a human user, having a releasable fastener adapted for attachment to the above-noted object and a pole, having a first end pivotably connected to the releasable fastener, and a second end, opposed to the first end. An electric lamp is pivotably connected to the second end. Further, the pole defines an internal cavity and has battery contacts positioned to contact a battery set placed in the internal cavity. A conductive assembly is electrically connected between the battery contacts and the electric lamp, so as to power the electric lamp.
