An LED light module comprises an emitting portion; at least one LED package; a back cover; and an end cap. The emitting portion defines a first curved surface. The first curved surface extends a first length along a cylindrical axis defined by the LED light module. The back cover defines a second curved surface extending the first length along the cylindrical axis. The first curved surface and the second curved surface define a perimeter of the LED light module. In a cross-section of the LED light module taken in a plane substantially perpendicular to the cylindrical axis, the perimeter is substantially ovular, elliptical and/or tear-drop shaped. The end cap is substantially ovular, elliptical and/or tear-drop shaped, and comprises a coupling element configured to electrically and/or mechanically couple the LED light module to a subsequent LED light module or to a fixture.

An exemplary apparatus may include: a plurality of diodes; at least a trace amount of a first solvent; and a polymeric or resin film at least partially surrounding each diode of the plurality of diodes. Various exemplary diodes have a lateral dimension between about 10 to 50 microns and about 5 to 25 microns in height. Other embodiments may also include a plurality of substantially chemically inert particles having a range of sizes between about 10 to about 50 microns.

The invention relates to a LED electric bulb and a method of producing a LED electric bulb. The LED electric bulb comprises a glass bulb, a cap and a light generating module. The light generating module is at least partly received inside the glass bulb and is arranged in electrical contact with the cap. The light generating module comprises a driver PCB and a flexible, double folded strip forming two opposite legs comprising a plurality of LED's. The flexible, double folded strip is arranged to conform to and closely contact at least a portion of the interior surface of the glass bulb. The invention also relates to a semi-finished LED electric bulb and the use thereof for the production of a LED electric bulb.

LEDS MOUNTED ON CURVED LEAD FRAME

An LED lamp includes a metal lead frame strip (14) on which is directly mounted bare LED dies (12), such as in series. Therefore, there is excellent thermal conductivity to the lead frame (14). Lenses (24) are then molded over the LED dies (12) to encapsulate them. The lead frame (14) is then inserted into a mold for a thermally conductive plastic body (38) and is bent in an arc while in the mold so that the top surfaces of the LED dies (12) are not parallel to each other. The plastic body is molded, and the structure is removed from the mold. The curved lead frame causes the overall light emission to be very wide, such a greater than 270 degrees. In another embodiment, the lead frame strip is supported over a curved outer surface of a pre-molded plastic support. Ends of the lead frame strip are inserted into electrical connectors of the plastic support.

An intelligent type lamp and a vehicle lamp apparatus are disclosed. The lamp includes a first substrate, a second substrate disposed on the first substrate, and a plurality of light sources disposed on the second substrate, wherein the light sources are grouped into at least one light source array, in each of which the light sources are disposed in a line, and the at least one light source array includes neighboring first and second light source arrays electrically isolated and individually driven. The light sources of the first light source array may be electrically isolated and individually driven, and the light sources of the second light source array may be electrically isolated and individually driven. Alternatively, the light sources of the first light source array may be electrically isolated and individually driven, and the light sources of the second light source array may be electrically connected and simultaneously driven.

One of the multiple sets of folding hooks is folded to be used for hooking to a corresponding installation platform. The light source module has multiple LED modules disposed on the bottom plate. Each LED module has a LED device and a lens. The lens diffuses a light of the LED device to be evenly emitted from the lens and broadening an output angle of the light via the lens. The diffusion plate with a peripheral edge is fixed to the four lateral walls of the back plate. The driver cover is attached to an external side of one of the four walls of the back plate. The driver cover defines a container cavity for concealing the driver module.

A touch control lamp includes a shell having an outer surface, on which a plurality of touch control sections are defined, and an accommodation, a circuit board disposed in the accommodation of the shell, and a plurality of light sources and a plurality of capacitive touch sensors, which are mounted on the circuit board in a way that each of the capacitive touch sensors is electrically associated with at least one of the light sources. Each of the capacitive touch sensors spacedly corresponds in position to one of the touch control sections on the outer surface of the shell. The touch control lamp can integrate multiple functions of illumination, decoration and interactive gameplay.
