A light system that includes one or more lighting sheets including a first lighting sheet, wherein the first lighting sheet includes a first plurality of LEDs arranged on a grid of intersecting rows and columns of electrical conductors on an insulating substrate, wherein the first plurality of LEDs emit light having a first color spectrum, wherein the first lighting sheet includes a plurality of holes through the insulating substrate of the first lighting sheet, wherein each one of the plurality of holes through the insulating substrate of the first lighting sheet is positioned between an adjacent pair of rows of electrical conductors and between an adjacent pair of columns of electrical conductors of the first lighting sheet; and an acoustic tile, wherein the first lighting sheet is mounted to the acoustic tile. Some embodiments include a plurality of layered light sheets, optionally individually controlled for color and/or brightness.
FLEXIBLE ILLUMINATING MULTILAYER STRUCTURE
A flexible and illuminating multilayer structure wherein the flexible and illuminating multilayer structure has at least two flexible foils laminated together. Each foil has a flexible electrically conductive pattern layer and LED units distributed over the foil, the LED units being electrically contacted with the contact pattern. The LED units of a foil are positioned between positions of the LED units of the other foils. At least one foil of the multilayer structure, towards which at least one of the LED units is configured to radiate light, is transparent to the light. Brightness of the LED units is at least foil-specifically controllable with operational electric power fed to the foils through the contact pattern. The LED units of at least one foil are of a different tone or color or are controlled to output a different tone or color than the LED units of at least one other foil.
Light Fixture Having Fixed Angular Position and Lamp Module for Light Fixtures
A light fixture includes a housing defining a recessed cavity. The housing has a top, a first side, and a second side each extending at an angle from a first end of the housing to a second end of the housing, the first end being substantially orthogonal relative to a first plane. One or more lamp units are positioned in the housing to emit light therefrom, wherein the emitted light is prevented from leaving the housing in a direction parallel to the first plane.
LIGHTING FIXTURE AND METHOD FOR MAKING AND USING
A lighting apparatus that includes a flexible circuit substrate that has a front face and an opposite back face, and a first end and an opposite second end; a first plurality of LED dice on the flexible substrate, wherein each die of the first plurality of LED dice emits blue light; a second plurality of LED dice that emits red light; a third plurality of LED dice that emits infrared, wherein the first, second and third plurality of LEDs each emit a full-width-half-maximum bandwidth of no more than 50 nm in each of their respective colors; a first and second end cap affixed to opposite ends of flexible substrate and configured to curve the first face of the flexible circuit substrate into a concave shape; and a pole bracket connected to the end caps for attaching to a pole that supports the lighting apparatus.
LED MODULE AND LED LIGHT BULB HAVING SAME
The present disclosure provides an LED light source and an LED light bulb including the LED light source. The LED light source comprises a first LED strip including a first middle portion and first wings positioned at two sides of the first middle portion, and a second LED strip including a second middle portion and second wings positioned at two sides of the second middle portion. Multiple LED chips are disposed on the first wings and the second wings respectively. The first LED strip and the second LED strip are stacked and electrically connected at the first middle portion and the second middle portion. Another aspect of the present disclosure provides an LED light bulb having the LED light source. The first LED strip and the second LED strip are stacked to form an electrical connection.
