A physical therapy device with a pair of handles and one or more balance pedals. The balance pedal(s) are slidable along one or more bands attached, directly or indirectly, to the handles.

An exercise device includes a base member configured for engaging a surface of a mounting structure, a coupling system for coupling the base member to the structure, and at least one resistance member coupled to the base member. Each of the at least one resistance members includes a control member configured to be manipulated by a portion of a user. A two-way reciprocating structure includes a body, a rotational axis assembly, a flexible element and a reciprocating member. The rotational axis assembly is disposed on the body. The flexible element has a first flexible end and a second flexible end, the first flexible end is connected to the rotational axis assembly. An exercise device includes a strap. The strap includes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The strap is configured to be secured to a lower leg of a user such that the first surface of the strap interfaces with the lower leg of the user. The exercise device further includes a ball including an outer surface configured to be held by the user, a first connector extending from the ball, a second connector extending from the second surface of the strap, and a tension member. The tension member includes a first coupling mechanism and a second coupling mechanism at opposite ends thereof and configured to be releasably coupled to the first connector and the second connector via the first and second coupling mechanisms.

A pulley in a housing designed for use with a flexible flat strap in which low friction movable guides in the pulley housing allow the flexible flat strap to enter, pass through and exit the housing through windows in the housing without the flexible flat strap jamming the pulley or being worn by contact with an edge of a housing window.

The invention provides an apparatus and method for strengthening the wrists, forearms and hands. The apparatus comprises a pair of elongate members that are slidable with respect to one another, with force being required for moving the elongate members away from one another. The apparatus enables a user to strengthen the wrist while maintaining it in a locked position. The apparatus finds particular use in rehabilitation and physical therapy for injuries of the wrist and hand.

The invention is object to provide a training belt, in which the loop band sold conventionally and generally can be used, and in which a plurality of loop bands are provided in a simple structure, and in which moreover, it can be connected easily in arbitrary length, and in which the cost and time can be reduced, and convenient also to carrying.

The invention is a training belt, comprising, a plurality of stretchable belt members 12 having loop shape, an intermediate engaging member 14, in which the plural of the belt members 12 are detachably coupled mutually, a first engaging member 20, which is detachably coupled to the one edge of the belt member 12 that is coupled by the intermediate engaging member 14, and a second engaging member 38, which is detachably coupled to the other edge of the belt member 12 that is coupled by the intermediate engaging member 14, wherein the training belt becomes a loop shape by engaging the first engaging member 20 and the second engaging member 38.

A standing training mobile device for carrying a patient to perform active-assisted upright locomotion is provided. The standing training mobile device includes a base, a mobile module, a lifting module, a control module, and a support module. The mobile module and the lifting module are disposed on the base. The control module is disposed on the lifting module and is coupled to the mobile module. The control module includes a manipulation platform and two control assemblies disposed on the manipulation platform for use of the patient. The support module includes a support frame, a first support assembly, a second support assembly, and a third support assembly. The first support assembly, the second support assembly, and the third support assembly are slidably disposed on the support frame respectively. The second support assembly is disposed between the first support assembly and the third support assembly.

An elastic band contains: multiple warps, multiple latex yarns, and plural latex threads which are interweaved so as to produce the elastic band. A demarcation line is defined on the first strap to partition the first strap into a first portion and a second portion.
