The Apparatus enhances the flow of superheated steam in the process of raising the temperature by further heating superheated steam caused by waste heat generated in a waste combustion apparatus or the like, and at the same time, increases the area of contact of the superheated steam with a heat source to improve the temperature-raising efficiency.

These reactions maintained on a electrically conductive support can be of several classes such as (i) exothermic reactions which provide the activation energy for the hydrino catalysis reaction, (ii) coupled reactions that provide for at least one of a source of catalyst or atomic hydrogen to support the hydrino catalyst reaction, (iii) free radical reactions that serve as an acceptor of electrons from the catalyst during the hydrino catalysis reaction, (iv) oxidation-reduction reactions that, in an embodiment, serve as an acceptor of electrons from the catalyst during the hydrino catalysis reaction, (v) exchange reactions such as anion exchange that facilitate the action of the catalyst to become ionized as it accepts energy from atomic hydrogen to form hydrinos, and (vi) getter, support, or matrix-assisted hydrino reaction that may provide at least one of a chemical environment for the hydrino reaction, act to transfer electrons to facilitate the H catalyst function, undergoes a reversible phase or other physical change or change in its electronic state, and binds a lower-energy hydrogen product to increase at least one of the extent or rate of the hydrino reaction. Power and chemical plants that can be operated continuously using electrolysis or thermal regeneration reactions maintained in synchrony with at least one of power and lower-energy-hydrogen chemical production.

No. 14/392,066 appertains to Advanced Combustion in post-combustion carbon capture, wherein the CO.sub.2-containing flue gas, said CO2-Stream, is cleaned from harmful constituents, recirculated, oxygenized and employed for combustion for the fossil fuels, referred to Flue Gas Oxy-Fueling in order to obtain a CO.sub.2-rich gas upstream to CO2-CC with significantly less gas flow rate subject to further processing. This continuation process patent also presents processing to prepare a CO.sub.2-rich CO2-Stream for the pre-combustion carbon capture downstream of gasification and gas cleaning process; or from the secondary CO2-Stream that stems from the cathodic syngas [CO/2H.sub.2] downstream of HPLTE-SG of patent parent, then downstream of the HP/IP-water shift converters in [CO.sub.2/3H.sub.2] composition, whereas the CO.sub.2-rich CO2-Stream from either pre-combustion process is routed to the CO2-CC for CO.sub.2 cooling and condensation section of the U.S. Ser. Said water source provide water to said cooling unit. Said cooling unit is configured to receive said water source and said steam source.

A hydrogen/oxygen stoichiometric combustion turbine system includes: a high-pressure steam turbine (2); a low-pressure steam turbine (3); and a heater (5) disposed between the high-pressure and low-pressure steam turbines. The heater (5) has a combustion portion (53) in which stoichiometric combustion of hydrogen and oxygen is caused, and a mixing portion (55) configured to mix discharged steam (S4) from the high-pressure steam turbine (2) with combustion gas (R) from the combustion portion (53) and to supply the obtained product to the low-pressure steam turbine (3).
