An exercise device for strengthening and rehabilitation. The exercise device includes a planar lower surface, a curved front edge, a rear wall comprising a curved upper edge and a curved lower edge, a pair of opposing planar sidewalls, and an upper surface comprising a front portion that slopes upwardly towards the rear wall with respect to the lower surface. A first ridge is disposed adjacent the front portion of the upper surface. A second ridge disposed adjacent the rear wall is coextensive with the curved upper edge of the rear wall. A recessed area is disposed between the first ridge and the second ridge. The recessed area is configured to receive various body parts of a user for providing support and comfort when performing various exercises.

The present invention provides a height target exercise scoring device comprising a pad adapted to absorb repeated impacts, the pad including a front surface, a rear surface, and one or more impact sensors positioned beneath the front surface. The target height exercise scoring device also includes a housing coupled to the pad including a control system. The control system includes an interface for inputing a target height parameter, and a processor coupled to the one or more impact sensors configured to determine whether an impact registered by the array of impact sensors occurs on the pad at or above the input target height. The a control system can wirelessly communicate with a mobile device configured to execute a mobile application for configuring the settings of the scoring device, and to send data to, and receive data from, the scoring device.

FLEXIBLE EXERCISE STATION

A portable and removable mounted exercise station includes an elongated anchoring member disposed on a surface of an external stationary object, such as a wall. The anchoring module has a doorknob shaped cleat, a plurality of knobs, and brackets formed in both ends of the elongated anchoring member. A corner mounting adapter to mount the station in a corner where two walls meet. A resistance band connects to one of the knobs to provide resistance during an exercise routine. A clip allows for quick connect and disconnect of the resistance band to the station.
